In general, one should confess, and for all the faults of body, speech, and mind, one should openly confess and repent with strong remorse, without concealing anything. In this way, the faults of body, speech, and mind, and the common faults of the three doors, are related to their respective antidotes of confession. The confession text Ru Zhi, which is particularly praised in texts such as Longchen Rabjampa's "Collection of Usages: King of Immaculate Confessions," is a particularly emphasized meaning. Secondly, it is said, "From the near objects, one satisfies." As it is said, by purifying the faults of one's own continuum through confession, for the Three Roots deity assembly that appears as the continuum of others, one shows the appearance of being displeased due to faults, and one restores it to its original state by taking measures to compensate for the place of the decree's punishment. In general, from the tantras and scriptures, there are ways to compensate with outer materials, inner aggregates, and secret bodhicitta. In particular, from the Dongtrul, one compensates the essence with realization words in the manner of seeing as the moon on the lake; one compensates the nature with the union in the manner of not moving from reality with meditation as samadhi; and one compensates with compassion by knowing the state of deity and conceptualization as inseparable as a transformation of state. There are three ways. From the Hevajra Tantra and others, offering the offerings, the radiance of the samaya substances, sentient beings, the four continents as ransom offerings, and confession of transgressions are known as five compensations, etc. Although there are many, the essence of all the key points is: outwardly, in order to please the lords of wisdom, one makes the five near objects such as flowers the basis of actual arrangement, and one offers and compensates with the expanse of space filled with mind-emanations and the naturally accomplished distinctions of arrangement; inwardly, in order to purify the defilements of thought, speech, body, and suchness, it is known that one compensates with union in sequence. The four—nectar medicine, great red blood, balim torma, and clear light lamp—are also used as symbols of samaya substances, thereby clarifying the nature of reality and compensating; secretly, the wonderful samaya compensation, which is the near cause of attaining the supreme siddhi, is the profound conduct of the assembly wheel of actual or merely conforming assembly offerings, which are associated with the union of Tana and Ganachakra, and which possess great benefits. Therefore, with these, the samaya of great joy arises (in the deity).

It should be fulfilled in this place. The third is, it manifests from the three doors, as it is said. Confession and fulfillment, the merits of practicing these properly are: temporarily, all the damages caused by the conceptual obscurations of the three doors and their actions and deeds are pacified, and ultimately, the state of the four wisdom vajras of body, speech, and mind is manifested, because it is the ultimate means of profound secrets. Similarly, in the Stainless Confession Tantra, it is said that merely hearing the names of the deities of the mandala by male and female yogis, all the damages of the root and branch vows are fulfilled, and they become endowed with the inconceivable body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of all the Tathagatas, and spontaneously accomplish in the great gathering place of the wheel of letters. This is exemplified by this. The third is to summarize the meaning, from "Furthermore" to "arise naturally," as it is said. Another means of removing obstacles on the path is to generate unwavering faith in the root guru as the actual Buddha, and to practice diligently with unbearable tearful devotion as the lifeblood of practice, drawn by the intense prayer of remembering kindness. Constantly cultivate immeasurable love and compassion, free from partiality, for all sentient beings pervading the sky, and always generate the mind of enlightenment, wishing to establish all in the state of Buddhahood. Without clinging to mere words and phrases of the profound, stainless wisdom arising from hearing, thinking, and meditating, properly seek the essential secrets of the true meaning. Subdue samsara and nirvana with the view of the vast vehicle, and by distinguishing what to accept and reject with the practice of ascending the stages of the teachings, the great obstacles of falling into one side of either relative or ultimate truth are naturally liberated. The warmth signs and qualities arising from practicing the path arise effortlessly and naturally, just as plants and flowers grow naturally when the conditions of spring moisture and warmth gather. The extraction of the five root sections has three parts: summary, detailed explanation, and conclusion. The first is, from "Then" etc., one verse, for example, after the work of protecting the crops of the field from harm is completed, strive for the means of increasing growth, such as the guardian deity who protects the field and the rituals of mantra.
