I shoot like an arrow, with ceaseless effort and continuous striving, achieving bodily ease, eloquent speech, and a mind abiding in the deathless state. Practice the wheel in sessions, slowly and deliberately. At times, stabilize the mind with Vajra recitation. Having become accustomed to this, beneath the wheel of emanation, the self-nature of wisdom concealed, Caṇḍālī, ignite the clear A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), fanning it with the wind. Enter the central channel, activating the deities of the wheel. From the Haṃ (Tibetan: ཧྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) at the crown of the head, with the bindu of bliss, nourish it, and it blazes even more intensely. When the channels and elements are filled with warmth and bliss, from non-conceptualization, wisdom manifests, carried into the realm of Dharmata. The profound generation stage, approach and close approach, is the yoga of wind combined with the wheel. Through the practice of Tummo, the inseparability of bliss and emptiness, the very essence of great accomplishment is revealed. All the post-meditation activities of the path, such as the eight examples of impure illusion, and pure mind-only, view all phenomena as the deity body of emptiness and clarity. When wind and mind arise as mudra, through learning and non-learning union, revel in the bliss of illusion. Knowing that all phenomena are by nature empty and clear, during sleep, in the indestructible bindu at the heart center, draw forth the experience of the four emptinesses in samadhi, from which the light of example and meaning effortlessly arises. With the power of post-meditation intention and wind practice, train in the great skill of recognizing dreams and transformation. Gathering into the great emptiness, the sound of compassion and illusion, unfolding the one mudra, practice the mandala pervading space. If familiarity is not manifest in this life, then gather and transfer wind and mind into the natural state. Blend the appearances, sounds, and thoughts of the bardo with deity mantras, and connect them with great wisdom. Thus, the channels, elements, and bindus, inseparable deities, ignite the self-arisen light, and through the three trainings, transform the wisdom of body, speech, and mind into the path. Perform union empowerment and Vajra recitation, praise with Tummo's fire offering, blazing and dripping songs. In a delightful assembly hall filled with warmth, enjoy the bliss of melting, the tsok and torma offerings. Dissolving into non-conceptualization, arise as the illusory deity body. The light of reverse flow, the realm of Suchness, the arising of the flow, the clouds of seed syllables that are the cause of all appearances. By training in the skill of unfolding the one mudra in dreams, with the wind and mind inseparable, through mandala assembly practice, transform the three doors of ripening into the three Vajra bodies. Life, death, and bardo.
