Having entered the door of the Great Vehicle Secret Mantra Unsurpassed, Regarding the common, special, and extraordinary vows, Always guarding and vowing to uphold them, I confess all violations, breakages, errors, and faults! Having vowed to practice the four-session yoga, I confess being distracted by mundane activities. Having vowed to stimulate the Sugata's mind-stream, I confess speaking meaningless words. Having vowed to meditate on objectless wisdom, I confess being controlled by the thoughts of the three poisons. Having vowed to establish outer, inner, and secret supports, I confess the incompleteness of the necessary samaya substances. Having vowed to always offer praise and approach, I confess being distracted by laziness and idleness. Having vowed to practice by concealing the instructions, I confess the confusion of the secret seal. Having vowed to offer the best of the samaya substances, I confess becoming defiled and deteriorated. Having vowed to practice according to the Buddha's teachings, I confess acting biased and unfairly. Having vowed to protect the vows without pretense, I confess being affected by violations and deteriorations. All violations of the vows of body, speech, and mind, and of the root and branches, I confess individually. Offering confession, please purify, Please fill my being with supreme accomplishments! Thus, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and others extensively. Such fulfillment and confession are done according to the needs of the activity at hand. For regular activities, after the recitation, at the end of the praise and the request for activity, visualize the torma, invite the object of focus, transform it into nectar, and offer it. Lord of the hosts of gods, Lord of the assemblies, Auspicious Black One, great in power, Attendant Krodheshvari, And Ging, Yakshas, Rakshasas, Matri, Dakinis, Messengers, Emanations, further emanations, and retinue, Accept this samaya substance offering torma, of uncontaminated desirable qualities and nectar. Please accomplish the activity entrusted today. Please repay the activity entrusted in the past. Please nourish the activity entrusted in the future. Please protect the Buddha's teachings. Please exalt the dignity of the Three Jewels. Please subdue the enemies of the teacher. Please be a companion to the practitioners. Thus, offer the torma on the roof of the practice room, etc. Again, offer praise of gratitude, Confess faults. If there is a support, request it to remain. If not, request the wisdom torma guests to depart. The samaya being dissolves into oneself.
