In the future, you will be born into a noble family. Because of great power in this life, as a woman, you should be generous with food. Accumulate retinues in this life, and accumulate food and wealth in the next. Because it is a karmic debt from the past, let your children enter the Dharma. Benefit yourself in this life and benefit your children in the next, it is said. Guru Padmasambhava said to the women: Listen, you foolish women with low intelligence and no understanding! This life is short, so don't be too attached to the suffering of this life. The next life is longer than this life, so don't cheat, commit adultery, or do evil. If you do evil in this life, you will be miserable in the next, so stay away from men other than your husband. Remember the ripening of karma and do not do evil deeds. If you have wealth, offer it to the Guru and the Three Jewels, and you will surely receive blessings in this life and the next. If you have no wealth, give alms again to accumulate great merit. Even if you give a little food and drink to those in need of compassion, the merit is immeasurable. If you have attained accomplishment, offering food and wealth to the Gurus will increase the merit a thousandfold. If you have not attained accomplishment, even a little Dharma teaching will become provisions for the next life. If you have attained accomplishment, reading the scriptures will lead to lasting enlightenment. If you have not attained accomplishment, even reading a few sutras will purify your obscurations. If you have attained accomplishment, reciting the deity's mantra will purify obscurations and remove obstacles. If you have not attained accomplishment, taking refuge will become a refuge in this life and the next. If you have attained accomplishment, keeping pure vows will lead to the path of liberation. If you have not attained accomplishment, even keeping vows will lead to the attainment of the state of gods and humans. If you have attained accomplishment, looking at your mind will reveal realization from within. If you have not attained accomplishment, do not think too much, and the winds of disturbing emotions will rise. If you have attained accomplishment, respecting your husband will bring you respect and prevent you from being despised. If you have not attained accomplishment, do not quarrel, and those who gather will surely separate. If you have attained accomplishment, teach your children the Dharma, which will benefit both this life and the next. If you have not attained accomplishment, do not engage in evil, for evil in this life will be heavy in the next. In general, these heartless women only engage in actions that cause suffering in this life and the next. Is it not okay to be a little kinder to yourselves? It is said. Guru Padmasambhava said: Listen, you gluttonous women! Wisdom and Bodhicitta have no gender. The self-arisen wisdom of Dharma-nature has no good or bad. The self-arisen Dharmakaya has no high or low. In the meaning of the single bindu, there is no increase or decrease. In the mind of the Buddha, there is no big or small. Dharma and Dharma-nature are not dualistic. If you realize that your own mind is Buddha, there is no need to seek Buddha elsewhere. Realize the meaning of mind-nature and practice it. Offer to the Guru and the Three Jewels, and follow the Dharma as much as possible.

Although born as a woman, she possesses a wise name, thus it was said. Again it was said: There is no fault in a woman's body, do not look in the mirror, but look at the view of emptiness and freedom from extremes in your own mind. Do not meditate on the five poisons, meditate on the self-arisen wisdom, the clear light of non-duality. Do not remove external stains, but constantly purify the stains of the mind with conduct. Do not seek the fruit of a husband's desire, but cultivate the fruit of the self-arisen Dharmakaya. Do not be greatly stingy and obstructive, but diligently give in generosity. Do not have great afflictions and desires, but protect the precepts with body, speech, and mind. Do not be greatly angry, but wear the armor of patience and be mindful. Do not be greatly lazy, but generate diligence in practicing Dharma. Do not give in to distraction, but meditate on Samatha-Vipassana Samadhi. Do not give in to ignorance, but ignite the great fire of clear wisdom. If you know this, then you are not a woman, but a Bodhicitta, thus it was said. If you do not know this, then meditate on the Lama on your crown, take refuge in the Three Jewels, recite the essence of Bodhi, do not vent on afflictions, hold tight to the stronghold of awareness, and strive diligently in the Dharma. Start with small generosity, abstain from subtle sins, and increase small virtues. If you do this, then this life will be more and more comfortable, and if you fall into the lower realms in the next life, I will take responsibility, thus it was said. The seven accomplished women rejoiced in the teacher, prostrated and circumambulated, and made a great feast. Jomo Kharchenza, thinking of the benefit of future generations, wrote it down at that time in a pearl crystal box. Gya Gya Gya! Twenty-one Essential Instructions. The master Padmasambhava of Oddiyana, is the emanation of Buddha Amitabha, born as an emanation from a lotus in an ocean island, his body has no death, he abides having cut off the stream of birth and death. His speech teaches all the Dharma of cause and effect, such as the nine vehicles in order. His mind possesses the wisdom of omniscience, and he has mastered the essence of all Dharmas. To him, Jomo Kharchenza Tsoyal asked: I have not understood the essence of the eighty-four thousand Dharma gates of the inner and outer Buddhadharma, and the high and low vehicles, therefore I wish to request essential instructions. Thus, she pleased the teacher with body, speech, and mind, and offered turquoise on a golden mandala.

Having arranged and offered in the manner of the seven precious offerings, she inquired. Jomo asked the master: Where does the essence of all appearances and existence lie? The master replied: The essence of all appearances and existence lies in the sky. The four elements are all changing and impermanent. However, the nature of the sky is empty from the very beginning and does not change. The four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind are of the nature of change. They arise from the nature of the sky, abide in the nature of the sky, and dissolve into its nature. Since the nature of the sky does not change in the three times, all appearances and existence are gathered into the nature of the sky. For example, the sky, the meaning is that the Dharma nature is like the sky, empty from the very beginning. The sign is that the nature of mind is empty like the sky. Habits and afflictions are like clouds and mists, even if they arise, they arise from the emptiness of mind, abide in the nature of the emptiness of mind, and dissolve into the nature of the emptiness of mind. When one realizes in this way, one is not stained by the faults of karma and afflictive habits, which means that all the phenomena of appearance and existence have grasped the essence. Jomo asked the master: Where does the essence of the eighty-four thousand gates of Dharma lie? The master replied: The essence of the eighty-four thousand gates of Dharma lies in the great bliss of Dharma nature. Other dharmas are changing and impermanent. The great bliss of Dharma nature is spontaneously accomplished from the beginning, without the need for fabrication or seeking. It is in an uncorrected state, self-born and self-illuminating, and gathered in a state without elaboration. The other vehicles, the eighty-four thousand gates of Dharma, arise from the nature of the great bliss of Dharma nature, abide in the nature of the great bliss of Dharma nature, and dissolve into the nature of the great bliss of Dharma nature. No matter how any conditioned phenomena change, no matter what is said in words, no matter how the wise explain it, the meaning of the great bliss of Dharma nature does not change. Therefore, the essence of all dharmas lies in the great bliss of Dharma nature, which is to abide in equality without seeking. This is the essence of the eighty-four thousand gates of Dharma. Jomo asked the master: Where does the essence of all sentient beings lie? The master replied: The essence of all sentient beings lies in Bodhicitta. Other forms and consciousness are changing and impermanent.
