Emaho! Though realizing the ocean of understanding, hold the precious Lama as the crown jewel on your head. Though possessing impartial loving-kindness, cherish the hearts of your Dharma brothers and sisters. Though realizing the equality of Buddha and sentient beings, abandon the ten non-virtuous actions like poison. Though realizing your own mind is Buddha, cherish the supreme deity of Yidam like your own heart. Though suffering transforms into great bliss, abandon the accumulation of suffering's causes through busyness and activity. Though afflictions transform into great wisdom, do not let the fire of the five poisons and three poisons burn your lineage. Though realizing the meaning of effortless great bliss, strive with diligence towards virtuous actions. Those who claim to be great meditators in future generations, with low views and coarse behavior, will stray into the views of materialistic nihilists. If they say emptiness and grasp at nothingness, they will stray into nihilistic views. If they engage in mindless, foolish meditation, imprisoning awareness, they will stray into the cessation of the Shravakas. If they say everything is mind and act carelessly, they will stray into the three lower realms. If they cling to high views and despise Dharma practice, they will stray into the state of eternal suffering in hell. If they do not seize the stronghold of non-meditation awareness, the result will be straying into the six realms of existence. If they claim to have meditation and hold onto permanence in their minds, they will stray into eternalistic views. If they do not realize their own mind and falsely claim to have meditation, they will stray onto the path of reversion at the time of death. If they enter the Dharma gate and do everything for the sake of this world, the Dharma practitioner themselves will stray into being an ordinary person. Thus, the instructions were given. About the precious golden rosary of meditation instructions. Instructions given to individuals of superior, middling, and inferior faculties. Given on the eighth day of the middle autumn month in the Dragon year (uncertain, possibly referring to 1928 or 1988) at Brakmar Yamalung (uncertain specific location). Gya! Gya! Gya! Homage! Homage! Homage! Om! About the sealed instructions of heart words. The master of Oddiyana, Padmasambhava, whose intention is inseparable from the Buddha, whose body is without birth and death, who became an emanation body. Jomo Kharchenza Tsoyal asked: Emaho! Great Master! Please tell me, what is the boundary between Buddha and sentient beings? The master replied: Tsoyal, what is called Buddha is the ultimate attainment of wisdom through the dissipation of ignorance.

It is called finishing. Because of not recognizing ignorance, one becomes a sentient being. When integrating this into the continuum, by looking at the nature of one's own mind, if one realizes and knows that the mind-nature is not established as any entity, is emptiness, and that conceptual thoughts are self-purifying, then the key is that sentient beings are purified in their own place and become Buddhas. Extremely important, entrusted to you, TsoGyal! Padmasambhava, Jomo asked: What is the boundary between samsara and nirvana? The teacher replied: What is called samsara is the cycle from one place to another. What is called nirvana is the cutting of the rope of samsara. When integrating this into the continuum, seeing that this ground of one's own mind is not stained by the faults of things, but is unborn and self-arisen, then there is no place for samsara. Samsara is pure from the beginning, and liberation from samsara is called nirvana. Samsara in nirvana is the key to self-purification in one's own place. Extremely important, entrusted to you, TsoGyal! Padmasambhava, Jomo asked: What is the boundary between ignorance and wisdom? The teacher replied: What is called ignorance is not understanding the things of the mind. What is called wisdom is seeing the things of the mind. When integrating this into the continuum, observing the nature of the true meaning of one's own mind, clearly and openly, seeing the mind in this way is called the purification of ignorance in its own place. Extremely important, entrusted to you, TsoGyal! Teacher, Jomo asked: What is the boundary between mind and mind-nature? The teacher replied: What is called mind is manifesting, creating, and remembering. What is called mind-nature is without memory and without intention. When practicing this in the continuum, cutting off the flow of the mind's conceptual thoughts, without modification, and abiding in its own nature, without intending anything, bright and clear, this is called the key to the purification of mind-nature in its own place. Extremely important, entrusted to you, TsoGyal! Teacher, Jomo asked: What is the boundary between the alaya and the alaya-consciousness? The teacher replied: What is called alaya is all conceptual thoughts and the ground, referring to the fusion of the dharmakaya, the container of good and bad habits. What is called alaya-consciousness is the consciousness arising from the alaya, manifesting as memory and awareness. When practicing, the ground, the true meaning of things,
