And, float without effort; float like the place below is clear; float in the manner of gathering the merits of the lower; just like wings growing from inside an egg; when a yogi enters into samadhi, he should also, like that, settle the consciousness in a firm state, settle without effort; settle by contemplating the meaning of the lower vehicle; settle like gathering the merits of the lower; even when staying in samsara, settle in a state of having the intention of the Buddha. 2. Settle like a bird entering its nest, just like a bird enters its nest without thinking, a yogi should also settle on the meaning of realization without thinking. 3. Settle like a person who has given up affairs, just like that person does not make any changes to the mind, a yogi should also, like that, not make any changes to the mind, not distort it, not disturb it, so it is said. Jomo asked the teacher: How many ways are there to protect bodhicitta? The teacher said: There are three ways to protect it. 1. Protect it like a wild horse that is difficult to tame, just like taming it without letting it scatter, a yogi should also abide in the meaning of looking without letting everything scatter. 2. Protect it like protecting a treasure mine, if you don't make the effort to harm it, thieves will not be able to succeed, a yogi should also not make the effort to abandon samadhi, dullness and agitation will not be able to succeed. 3. Protect it like protecting the king's consort, all the people are gathered under the king's rule, and cannot cause harm to the consort, a yogi should also realize that all dharmas are mind, and will not be harmed by conceptual thoughts. Jomo asked the teacher: How many ways are there to adjust bodhicitta? The teacher said: There are three ways to adjust it. 1. Adjust it like adjusting a thief in an empty house, because there is nothing to steal in an empty house, the thief will return, a yogi should also, when coarse and subtle conceptual thoughts arise, abide without finding them through observation and analysis. 2. Adjust it like the clouds in the sky, the clouds in the sky naturally dissipate, and conceptual thoughts also naturally subside. 3. Adjust it like blessing poison with a mantra, poison cannot harm a person who has a mantra, similarly, a yogi who has the key instructions, because he has mastered the view, everything will appear as wisdom.

It is said that it will become like that. Jomo asked the Acharya: What is the measure of the nature of Dharma? After asking, the Acharya said: There are three ways to show the measure. 1. The measure of clarity is like a sesame oil lamp that is not moved by the wind. 2. The measure of immovability is like the water at the bottom of the ocean. 3. The measure of softness and lightness is like a petal of a cotton tree. Jomo asked the Acharya: What is the measure of the sign of warmth? After asking, the Acharya said: There are three. The external sign of warmth is not feeling the existence of the body; the internal proof is that afflictions do not arise; the secret sign of warmth is not clinging to any object. Jomo asked the Acharya: How to obtain the fruit? After asking, the Acharya said: A yogi who possesses the nature of the three bodies and four wisdoms can obtain the fruit as soon as he is free from the bondage of the body. Jomo asked the Acharya: How to determine the boundary of the view of a person with superior faculties? After asking, the Acharya said: Use the metaphor of the nine spheres of mind to determine the boundary of the view of wisdom: 1. All dharmas are like a treasure of the mind, without bias. 2. The sphere of the unconditioned mind is immutable like a vajra. 3. The sphere of the mind without characteristics is invisible in its essence like darkness. 4. The sphere of the mind that manifests images is unrecognizable like an image falling into the ocean. 5. The sphere of the mind that pervades everything is vast like the sky. 6. The sphere of the mind that is not non-mind is like the image of a rainbow, and everything that appears is inseparable from the mind. 7. The sphere of the mind that is inherently enlightened is like a prince, and others will not doubt it. 8. The sphere where anything that appears from the mind appears, like a sapphire, appears in any way. 9. The sphere of the mind that does not change is like gold, and no matter where it is, it will not change the nature of the mind. Everything is gathered in the mind, so it is determined by the nine spheres. Jomo asked the Acharya: How to abandon the laxity of behavior? After asking, the Acharya said: Abandon the laxity of behavior with the metaphor of enjoying without attachment: In the clear ocean, enjoy the image in a convenient way; in the clear sky, enjoy the stars in a convenient way; in Bodhi In the heart, enjoy the phenomenon in a convenient way.
