By meditating on non-conceptualization, the causes of samsara, conceptual thoughts, gradually subside and diminish, and the non-conceptual wisdom spontaneously arises. This wisdom possesses peace and completely pure realms of experience, and the qualities of the Buddha, such as the three bodies, also arise naturally like light from the sun. Thus, when meaning merges into the expanse of reality, even though the body remains in the human realm, the mind abides in the state of Buddhahood. By practicing in this sequence, there is no doubt that one will attain enlightenment in the bardo. Because in one's own appearance, the Dharmakaya is not established in any way, like the sky, while in the appearance to others, the Sambhogakaya is like the sun and the Nirmanakaya is like rays of light, benefiting sentient beings. The teacher spoke thus. Jomo asked the teacher: How should a person of middling faculties meditate? The teacher replied: When a person of middling faculties is certain that all phenomena are their own mind, they should entrust their mind to the state of the inconceivable nature of reality and practice it. There is no need to reject meditation and conceptualization; it is important to realize it first. Therefore, when all phenomena are seen as mind, nothing else is seen anywhere. No matter how one abides, one does not separate from seeing it as mind, so even if one does not deliberately meditate, one can merge into the nature of reality. Having known that conceptual thought is mind itself, conceptualization itself is also the nature of reality, and whatever appears is self-illuminating as mind itself. Therefore, there is no arising of a mind that grasps something other than mind, and wherever one abides and wherever one sees, mind itself is self-illuminating, so there is no interruption. It is clear without meditation, and one can master it without training. When abiding in that meaning, no matter what signs of objects arise, they will not harm or distract, because the appearance of signs themselves is represented as mind, so the mind of signs does not arise. Thus, all phenomena clearly appear as mind, and abiding in that state without wavering to anything else, there is no effort, and liberation is attained by being free from action. Thus, however objects appear, they appear as mind, and whatever grasping of mind arises, it arises in mind, so at all times, the intention does not waver from the nature of reality. Thus, when all phenomena clearly appear as mind, and the mind does not change to anything else, that is wisdom. Thus, the yogi who realizes this, whatever experience arises, everything clearly appears as the nature of reality.

Therefore, contemplate all appearances as practice. Thus, all phenomena are inseparable from mind. Other concepts do not arise. As soon as they do not arise, the conceptualization of objects transforms into dharmata. Therefore, whatever conceptualization appears is mind. Since mind is ungraspable, one should not regard conceptualizations and signs as faults, but should practice conceptualization itself. Thereafter, whatever appears, whatever is done, whatever is experienced, all become practice, so there is no need to deliberately focus on a specific object for practice. This is the explanation of the definitive view and practice, it is said. Jomo asked the master: How does one recognize the wisdom of dharmata? The master replied: The key to recognizing wisdom is: For example, just as a skilled doctor diagnoses illness through the patient's symptoms and pulse, so too should a yogi rely on the Buddha's teachings, the master's instructions, and their own experience to recognize the wisdom that pervades like the sky. The intention of all-encompassing wisdom is: For example, like the sun shining on the surface of a mirror. Similarly, the yogi should abide in the intention of all-encompassing wisdom, without the appearance of this clarity. The key to relaxing the six consciousnesses is: Like a person tormented by illness, no conceptualizations such as shame or shamelessness arise. Similarly, the yogi should abide in the state where all phenomena are without conceptualization. The intention of the meeting of wisdom is: For example, like a good medicine, whatever it touches, it performs the function of medicine. Similarly, if a yogi is nourished by the nectar of view, then everything will transform into the activity of wisdom. The key to abiding in the mind is: Like a turtle placed in a container, unable to move. Similarly, if a yogi is held by the master's instructions, then consciousness cannot move. These are the keys to recognizing the wisdom of dharmata, it is said. Jomo asked the master: How does one abide in self-arisen wisdom? The master replied: There are three ways to abide in the mind: 1. Abide like a garuda soaring in the sky. That is, soaring with wings fully extended; soaring without effort; soaring as if the scenery below is clearly visible; soaring in the manner of gathering the qualities below; soaring as if unfolding wings from within an egg.
