饶吉！贤淑的妇女们一生受苦，来世更加痛苦地堕入恶道，这难道不确定吗？莲花生大师对妇女们的教诲：恶业所感、生于下贱的妇女们听着！往昔积累恶业，导致今生卑贱，现在更要清净守护戒律和斋戒。身体有怨敌，不要害怕生育孩子的剧烈痛苦，坚强的女人们！从心中放下贪欲！即使面临欺骗、伪装、狡诈等恶劣行为，也不要畏惧的火星般的女人们！来世比今生漫长，为了来世，准备好神圣的佛法资粮！对于微不足道的财产，像守护眼珠一样吝啬，制造障碍的精打细算的女人们！感受不到从身体所造的恶业导致堕入三恶道的愚蠢的女人们！ 无论有无财物，尽力布施！年轻时不思佛法，只想成家的愚蠢的女人们！成家即使快乐也无法长久！痛苦则如同地狱，要忆念神圣的佛法！对于佛法一无所知，陷入愚痴黑暗的无知女人们！既然获得了人身，即使不了解佛法，难道也不知道自己会死亡吗？死后，你有什么把握能获得清净的人身？皈依三宝，守护三时斋戒！即使有很多子女丈夫，死亡的清晨，子女丈夫也无法陪伴，独自死去，所以在临终时，做一些不后悔的佛事吧。再次，莲花生大师对妇女们的教诲：听着，有信仰的妇女们！以殊胜的三宝作为皈依处，进行皈依的次第！今生吉祥，来世免于堕入恶道！依止殊胜的上师，像头顶般珍视！今生获得加持，来世指引道路！供养殊胜的本尊，献上会供和朵玛！今生心愿成就，来世获得财富！尊敬殊胜的父母，恭敬侍奉！今生可见功德，来世偿还业债！珍惜殊胜的丈夫，像眼睛一样爱护！今生贞洁，来世得生善处！有权势的妇女，对饮食要慷慨！今生眷属聚集，来世衣食丰足！因为往昔的业债，子女要信奉佛法！

Rakyi! Wise women who spend their lives in suffering, is it not certain that they will be born in a worse state of suffering in the lower realms in the next life? The advice of Guru Padmasambhava to women: Listen, women of low birth due to bad karma! Because of accumulating bad karma in the past, you are now of low birth, so now you must purely keep vows and fasting. Because the body has enemies, do not be afraid of the intense suffering of giving birth to young children, strong women! Release desire from your minds! Even when faced with deceit, pretense, cunning, and other bad deeds, do not be afraid, you spark-like women! The next life is longer than this life, so for the sake of the next life, prepare the provisions of the sacred Dharma! For insignificant possessions, be as stingy as guarding your eyes, you meticulous women who create obstacles! Foolish women who do not feel that the bad deeds done by the body lead to rebirth in the three lower realms! Whether you have possessions or not, give as much as you can! Foolish women who do not think of Dharma in their youth, but only think of getting married! Even if marriage is happy, it will not last long! If it is painful, it is like hell, so remember the sacred Dharma! Ignorant women who know nothing about Dharma and are trapped in the darkness of ignorance! Since you have obtained a human body, even if you do not understand Dharma, do you not even know that you will die? After death, what assurance do you have of obtaining a pure human body? Take refuge in the Three Jewels and keep the three times of fasting! Even if you have many children and husbands, on the morning of death, your children and husbands will not be able to accompany you, you will die alone, so at the time of death, do some Dharma practice that you will not regret. Again, the advice of Guru Padmasambhava to women: Listen, faithful women! Take refuge in the excellent Three Jewels as a refuge, and perform the steps of taking refuge! Be auspicious in this life and protect from falling into the lower realms in the next life! Rely on the excellent Lama, cherish him like the crown of your head! Receive blessings in this life and guide the way in the next life! Offer tsok and torma to the excellent Yidam! Fulfill your wishes in this life and obtain wealth in the next life! Respect the excellent parents, be respectful and serve them! In this life, visible virtues will come, and in the next life, you will repay karmic debts! Cherish the excellent husband, care for him like your eyes! Be chaste in this life, and be born in a good place in the next life! Powerful women, be generous with food! Gather retinues in this life, and have abundant food and wealth in the next life! Because of past karmic debts, children should believe in the Dharma!
