It is said that once one realizes the unborn, there is no need to take a body again. In general, you who are like women cannot practice Dharma with the power of wisdom; because you do not have the armor of diligence, you cannot accomplish it; because your wisdom is small, it is difficult to explain the meaning of Dharma; because your courage is insufficient, you cannot practice. If there are few cases of practitioners among women, then generate diligence and let the practice be integrated into your mind. Padmasambhava said to Chimza Salé Ö: I am like a woman, because I am dull, so please teach me a teaching that can lead to Buddhahood with one word. Padmasambhava said: Chimza, listen! Your own mind is originally unborn, self-born, and self-luminous, and it exists in your own continuum from the beginning, so there is no need to search for and practice it now. Mind-essence has no substance, so there is nothing to meditate on. There is no object to be meditated on; there is no meditation master. Conceptual thought is wisdom, so do not regard dullness and agitation as faults. Because conceptual thought has no essence, it is naturally liberated, so Dharma naturally arises. Dullness is self-born and self-luminous, agitation is self-born in the Dharmadhatu. Because the result cannot be cultivated, it is enough to realize one's own mind. Because one's own mind is immutable, the Dharmakaya is the only bindu. If you realize the meaning of this single determination, it is called Buddha. In general, you who are like women are shallow in wisdom and prone to hesitation; you cannot bear the teachings of the guru; because your afflictions are deep, you are difficult to tame; few ultimately complete the Dharma. If you practice Dharma, you must value the guru's teachings and do some asceticism. Padmasambhava said to Ru Yangza Mati: Because I do not work hard enough, please teach me a non-doing Dharma. Padmasambhava said: Ru Yangza Mati, listen to me! The meaning of Dharma has no substance, so there is no need to practice. The meaning of Dharma has always existed, so there is no need to search for it later. The meaning of Dharma is in your own mind, so it is bright and undiminished. If you realize that the essence of your own mind is emptiness, you are a Buddha, so there is nothing to cultivate. All effort and practice are bound by desire, so rest in a state of non-fabrication and non-meditation. In general, these people who are like women are too ignorant, so no matter how you explain it, they do not understand; even if you explain the nature of the Dharmakaya, they cannot comprehend it; even if you introduce the Buddha, they cannot see him.

Even if the unwavering Dharma is taught, it is difficult to realize. The Dharma of women has many twists and turns! Wear much armor, and don't be taken away by the demon of your husband! Without giving birth to children, stay in solitary practice, and if it seems difficult, say so! Guru Padmasambhava's general advice to women: If women practice the white Dharma, because the self-grasping of women is great, do not grasp your husband as your own! Because the afflictions of women are great, do not let the afflictions run wild! Because the miserliness of women is great, strive to give generously! Because the mental scattering of women is much, turn your mind to the Dharma! Because the distraction of women is great, whatever you do, conform to the Dharma! Because the activities of women are great, put your actions into the Sangha! Because the attachment of women is great, untie the knots of attachment! Because the five poisons of women are great, overcome them with antidotes! Because the laziness of women is great, strive to generate diligence! Because the understanding of women is small, constantly observe your own mind! If you do this, women will find the path of Dharma! Those foolish women who practice without thought, if they let themselves run wild, there is a danger of suffering greatly the day after death, so control yourselves a little, he said! Again, Guru Padmasambhava's advice to women: If women want to practice Dharma, in the prison of samsara, the root of suffering is the five poisons, so abandon your household! Do not be a servant in a wealthy home! If your husband is hungry, he is an enemy of karma, so do not desire a husband! If you love your child, it is the deception of a demon, if you hate your child, it is the retribution of karma, causing strife, so do not desire a child! Accumulating wealth is the cause of miserliness! No matter how much you have, you will not be satisfied, and attachment will only increase! If you have possessions, make offerings to the Guru and the Three Jewels! Adorning your body with gold, turquoise, and other jewels, wearing soft silks and brocades, but the body is borrowed, and you do not know when you will lose it! Always wear the ornament of discipline! Wear the garment of patience! Maintaining the relationships of this life becomes more and more difficult! So abandon worldly affairs and take the Guru's instructions as provisions! Speech has no end, it is a place where the five poisons arise, stay away from it, and strive to practice Dharma! Those clothes that have been worn, and are still needed, so give up grasping at wool, and guard your own mind! The work that has been done has no result, so relax and rest in the unconditioned nature of Dharma! If you do this, you will be happy in this life and the next.
