Introducing the essence of the speech of all Sugatas. In the center of the crossed vajra at the heart, visualize a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), thereby introducing the essence of the mind of all Sugatas. Thus, the deity of body, speech, and mind, that deity who is clear as the Great Seal, is naturally accomplished without ever being sought, therefore introduce it as the essence of the Buddha. If you know this and practice, then practicing one Yidam deity is introduced as practicing all Buddhas. Thus, at the time of clarity as a deity, the body has no aging or decline, therefore introduce it as having no birth, death, gathering, or dispersal. These are the introductions to the body, the Great Seal. Now, the introductions to the three seed syllables of speech: the Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the crown of the head is introduced as the essence of the body of all Sugatas; the Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) at the throat is the essence of speech; the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart is the essence of mind. Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) purifies the obscurations of the body of all sentient beings in the three realms; Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) purifies the obscurations of speech; Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) purifies the obscurations of mind. By purifying the obscurations of body, speech, and mind, three signs of accomplishment arise: Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) causes bliss to arise in the body, introduce this bliss as the Dharmakāya; Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) accomplishes speech, causing power to arise in speech, introduce this sound as the sound of emptiness and suchness; Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) accomplishes mind, causing realization to dawn in the mind, introduce this clarity and non-thought as the Dharmadhātu. Thus, at the time of clarity, three uninterrupted aspects arise: the wind entering inward is Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) arises from the crown of the head; the wind remaining in the middle is Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) arises from the throat; the wind going outward is Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) arises from the heart. The essence of the three syllables, the wind arising, abiding, and entering uninterruptedly, therefore introduce it as vajra recitation. These are the introductions to the three seed syllables of speech. Now, the introductions to body, speech, and mind: Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) is the essence of the Nirmāṇakāya, introduce it as the various thoughts, awareness, and movements of present awareness; Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) is the essence of the Sambhogakāya, introduce it as the clear and unobstructed self-arising of rigpa; Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is the essence of the Dharmakāya, introduce it as the mind that is not established in any essence, free from elaboration. Moreover, Oṃ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ།,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the essence of the Nirmāṇakāya, because there is no attachment to various activities, therefore introduce it as whatever arises; Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿) is the
