Then, that light is blessed by all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions. The order of collecting those lights back is: the vessel transforms into light and merges into the essence. It merges into one's own body. The light of the body also gathers like a mirror reflecting, and gradually merges into the lotus seat. It merges into the sun and moon. It also merges into the seed syllable. The seed syllable also gradually merges into the lunar phase. The light of the bindu should also be repeatedly contemplated as the nature of the mind, like splitting the tip of a hair into a hundred parts. If the visualization is not clear, then by reciting mantras such as śūnyatā (Sanskrit Devanagari: शून्यता, Sanskrit Romanization: shunyata, Chinese literal meaning: emptiness), contemplate that those great emptinesses are also not visualized. After the two accumulations are perfected in this way, contemplate that one's own mind abides in the seed syllable of the yidam deity, or contemplate that the seed syllable is completely transformed, and the hand implements are marked with the seed syllable. After contemplating that it is completely transformed, fully generate the face, hand implements, etc. of whatever yidam deity one is. On the lotus and sun or moon mandala seat in its heart, after contemplating the seed syllable, From page 379 to 478. The rays of light that arise invite the lama, yidam, dakini, and all the Sugatas of the ten directions to the sky in front. Offer the five offerings, and perform the ritual of inviting and abiding the wisdom deity of oneself. After the Sugatas give empowerment, the lord of the family seals it, and the supports are requested to depart. Then, on the sun mandala in the three places of oneself, contemplate the three syllables to bless the body, speech, and mind. One should focus one's mind on that yidam deity. Then, if one is tired of meditation, one should do recitation. The vajra silent recitation is the recitation that can only be heard by the ears. The vajra sound recitation is to proclaim the sound of Japa (Sanskrit Devanagari: जप, Sanskrit Romanization: japa, Chinese literal meaning: जप). The vajra secret recitation is the recitation with the mind. The recitation like a wheel is to contemplate that it comes out of the mouth and enters the navel chakra, merging into the seed syllable in the center of the heart. The recitation like a rosary is to surround the seed syllable in the heart with the rosary of mantras, and recite with one's mind focused on the syllable. The recitation focused on sound is to recite with one's mind focused on the sound of the mantra, it is said. Teach.

The lady Jomo asked the master: How should I practice during the session breaks when meditating on the Yidam deity? The master said: If you get tired of reciting, you can play music and sing praises. Invite the Yidam deity to descend and abide in your ordinary thoughts. Then, if you want to make offerings for practice, arrange the supports in front of you. In front of them, apply Madala with fragrant water and scatter flowers. In an instant, generate the pride of being the Yidam deity. From the seed syllable in your heart, radiate light and invite the Buddhas and images of the ten directions, merging them into the supports. Visualize the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, as well as the immeasurable retinue of gurus, Yidam deities, and Dakinis, all residing in front of you, and make offerings with whatever you can afford. In front of them, perform the seven-branch prayer and so on. At this time, you can offer Torma to the Yidam deity, make offerings to the Dharma protectors, give water offerings, erect Tsatsas, and so on. Then, if you want to read the teachings of the Sugatas, in an instant, visualize your tongue arising from emptiness as (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). From that, visualize a five-pronged Vajra. Visualize the sound of Vajra song, which is the sound of recitation, arising from your own seed syllable. Visualize your body also transforming into many, pervading countless realms such as the three thousand worlds. In each mouth, visualize many Vajra tongues, and the sound of recitation is heard by all sentient beings, thereby liberating them from Samsara. This is called the Yoga of conduct during session breaks. Jomo asked the master: How can the completion stage enhance the generation stage? The master said: A yogi who wants to practice the completion stage, when meditating on themselves as the deity, at the time of ending the session, invites the wisdom being to descend. The Samaya being dissolves into light and transforms into the seed syllable of the Yidam deity, or (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). At that time, (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) gradually transforms into a Bindu. The Bindu also gradually becomes subtle and abides in emptiness. In that state, abide in the suchness of all Dharmas, which is emptiness-clarity, non-conceptual, and free from the extremes of existence and non-existence. Alternatively, repeatedly clarify the visualization according to the instructions of the completion stage received from the guru. Practicing in this way can be divided into three sessions, or
