七十二尊和金刚部的护法及其眷属，请享用供品！慈悲的宾客，大慈大悲的圣观世音自在，以及眷属三界九地所居的六道众生，连同过去、现在、未来的父母，请享用供品！偿还宿债的宾客，智慧马头明王，以及眷属八十万魔障和龙、非人等八部众，请享用供品！如此念诵，击钹三遍。四种宾客享用化为甘露的朵玛，心生欢喜，请赐予我成就！回向并委派事业如下：珍宝广大的器皿中，盛满各种食物朵玛的原料，三白三甜是朵玛的庄严，三谷物以真言加持后，没有不悦意的，祈愿诸佛享用后心生欢喜！祈愿誓盟者履行誓言！祈愿六道众生心满意足！祈愿宿债旧债得以清偿！对于四种宾客的各部，以此无量朵玛作回向，愿我和一切众生，具足受用，圆满资粮，迅速成佛！如此作回向。用手捧起朵玛献供。委派事业如下：祈请息灭一切疾病、邪魔、罪障！祈请增上一切寿命和受用！祈请摄受一切邪见！祈请迅速解脱一切损毁教法者！祈请遮止一切横祸和非时死亡！如此委派事业。拍掌。遣送并施放朵玛：念诵 嗡（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵），阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿），吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽），穆（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）！以此念诵，宾客返回各自的处所。将朵玛的口朝内，倒在干净的地方。如此，成就迅速降临。如果对付敌人，将朵玛的口朝外抛掷。如此，朵玛就变成了武器。据说能彻底摧毁一切怨敌魔障。阿阇黎（老师）向觉姆（女居士）请教：请开示内现观资粮道的朵玛。如此请教后，阿阇黎开示说：内现观资粮道的朵玛有七种：开示容器、开示材料、开示朵玛的加持、迎请朵玛的宾客、供养并陈设、回向并委派事业、遣送并施放朵玛等。

Seventy-two and the protectors of the Vajra family with their retinue, please accept the offerings! Compassionate guests, the great compassionate Arya Avalokiteshvara, and the six types of sentient beings residing in the three realms and nine grounds, along with their parents of the three times, please accept the offerings! Guests for repaying karmic debts, Wisdom Hayagriva, and the retinue of eighty thousand obstacles and the eight classes of gods and demons, please accept the offerings! Say this and strike the cymbals three times. May the four types of guests partake of the transformed nectar of the torma, be pleased, and grant me accomplishments! Dedication and entrusting of activities: In a precious and vast vessel, fill it with various foods, the ingredients of the torma, the three whites and three sweets are the adornment of the torma, the three grains are blessed by mantras, there is nothing displeasing, may the Buddhas be pleased by the offerings! May the oath-bound ones fulfill their vows! May the six realms of beings be satisfied! May karmic debts be cleared! To the various families of the four types of guests, by dedicating this immeasurable torma, may I and all sentient beings, possess enjoyment and complete the accumulations, may all quickly attain Buddhahood! Thus, dedicate. Lift the torma with your hands and offer it. Entrusting of activities: Please pacify all diseases, evil influences, sins, and obscurations! Please increase all life and enjoyment! Please subdue all wrong views! Please quickly liberate all those who destroy the teachings! Please avert all accidents and untimely deaths! Thus, entrust activities. Clap your hands. Sending away and releasing the torma: Say Om（藏文：ཨཱོྃ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：唵）, Ah（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）, Hum（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）, Mu（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu，汉语字面意思：穆）! By saying this, the guests depart to their natural abodes. Pour the torma with its mouth facing inward in a clean place. By doing so, accomplishments will quickly come. If dealing with enemies, throw the torma with its mouth facing outward. By doing so, the torma becomes a weapon. It is said that it can completely destroy all enemies and obstacles. The teacher asked Jomo: Please explain the inner appearance of the accumulation path torma. After asking this, the teacher said: The inner appearance of the accumulation path torma has seven parts: showing the container, showing the ingredients, showing the blessing of the torma, inviting the guests of the torma, offering and arranging, dedicating and entrusting activities, sending away and releasing the torma, and so on.
