Since whatever appears is not ultimately real, just as the sky and illusion are inseparable. Therefore, emptiness and appearance have never been separated, appearance and emptiness have never been separated, appearance has not abandoned emptiness, and emptiness has not abandoned appearance. Furthermore, by recognizing the face of self-appearance, and being certain that appearance is mind, this is the view that is liberated from the clinging of annihilation, the wisdom that knows the conventional. Recognizing the face of self-emptiness, and being certain that the nature of mind is empty, this is the view that is liberated from the clinging of existence, the wisdom that knows the ultimate. Recognizing the face of union, and being certain that appearance and emptiness are inseparable, this is the view that is liberated from the two extremes of permanence and annihilation, the wisdom that is without difference. For this, there is no cause and condition, and it is not made by anyone, therefore it is self-arisen. Not abiding in any one side, therefore it transcends the limits. This is from the perspective of no-birth, nothing is real, it is the view of non-existence. From the perspective of no-cessation, everything is real, it is the view of non-non-existence. From the perspective of non-duality, it transcends the limits of existence and non-existence, being and non-being, permanence and annihilation. Therefore, it is said that the explanation is explained as transcending the limits, the practice is practiced as transcending the limits, the behavior is acted as transcending the limits, and the dedication is dedicated as transcending the limits. Therefore, the nature is free from extremes, the nature is free from faults, the nature is perfectly complete, non-duality because there is no duality, union because it is not found in pairs, free from extremes because it is not found in extremes, Samantabhadra because there is no good or bad, no good or evil because evil is not found, no equality or difference, not the best. Third, the practice of familiarizing oneself with the view is: by subduing the three key points, non-thought self-clarity will arise. As it is said, there are four things here: the key point of arising meditation, the nature of what arises, the way of experience arising, and the cutting off of deviations. The first is the three key points: the key point of the illusory body, the key point of the eye of the way of seeing, and the key point of the mind of the method of abiding. The first is in a secluded place, on a comfortable cushion, the three dharmas of the body: legs in vajra posture, hands in equal mudra, the body without shaking or leaning, naturally abiding. In this way, meditation will arise naturally, and if you are not good at setting up the illusory wheel, meditation will not arise. Second, there are three key points of the way of seeing the eye: do not blink, do not wander, do not squint or deviate, but stare at one point directly in front. In this way, meditation will arise naturally, the eye and awareness are the same key point. If there is no way of seeing, meditation will not arise. Third, the method of abiding

The three key points of mind are: not to be distracted into ordinariness, not to transform into conceptual thought, and not to fabricate with the mind, but to let awareness rest naturally in its own state. By doing so, meditation will arise spontaneously; if there is distraction and transformation, meditation will not arise. Secondly, the nature of what arises is: by restraining with these key points and resting in one's own state, all subtle and gross conceptual thoughts will subside and become peaceful in their own place, and the mind will remain in its own place. That is called quiescence (śamatha,梵文:śamatha,梵文天城体:शमथ,梵文罗马拟音:śamatha,汉语字面意思:止). Without the sound of that ceasing, there will be a naked and clear manifestation of self-luminosity without an object. That is called insight (vipaśyanā,梵文:vipaśyanā,梵文天城体:विपश्यना,梵文罗马拟音:vipaśyanā,汉语字面意思:观). These two, in the moment of awareness, indivisibly abide in the nature of oneness. That is called the union of quiescence and insight. If it is done with the intellect, it is understanding; if it is experienced without an object, it is experience; if awareness itself abides in that nature, it is realization. That is the intention of the Buddhas of the three times. It is not done because the guru's instructions are great, nor does it arise because the disciple's wisdom is vast, but it is the act of abiding in reality or the natural state. Thirdly, the way experiences arise is: by meditating in this way, the three experiences of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality will arise. Non-conceptuality refers to awareness that is free from conceptual thought. There are three aspects to this: because there is no clinging to the object of meditation or the meditator, it is free from positive conceptual thought; because the continuity of subtle and gross conceptual thoughts is cut off, it is free from negative conceptual thought; and because awareness recognizes its own nature in the absence of an object, it is free from neutrality. In the state of non-conceptuality, the self-sound of awareness does not cease, and it naturally abides, which is clarity. There are three aspects to this: the absence of an object is self-luminosity; it is not something that arises suddenly, but is clear from the beginning; it is not made by anyone, but is naturally clear. Because there are no conflicting adverse conditions, there is bliss. There are three aspects to this: there is no pain of characteristics, which is the bliss of no characteristics; because there is no clinging to dualistic grasping, there is the bliss of non-duality; and because there is no cause or condition, there is unconditioned bliss. When such experiences arise, meditating on the three non-attachments is without fault. That is, non-attachment to bliss is like the behavior of a madman; non-attachment to clarity is like the dream of a child; non-attachment to non-conceptuality is like a yogi who has perfected asceticism. If one clings to these, one will stray into the three realms. That is, clinging to bliss will lead to the desire realm; clinging to clarity will lead to the form realm; clinging to non-conceptuality will lead to the formless
