以洁净灯芯之灯,经由卡德水晶管传递;如彩虹般的水灯,从眼之门而出,外在虚空如明镜般开启显现之门。内在清净之灯,如同本尊之面容,最初从眉间涌现,逐渐扩展为广阔的蓝色之光。在彩虹般五色光环之中,伴随着细微光点,空性明点之灯,如投石入池塘之涟漪般闪烁,最终显现为清晰明亮的红色圆点。其中,觉性金刚链,如同本尊之心,如马尾上的结,或如珍珠项链和花束般,闪烁摇曳。以专注的目光缓缓引导,将其置于虚空之中,保持觉知不散乱,如此,外在显现不中断,内在执着不染污,安住于不可言说、离戏之自性。能所合一,觉性从眉间涌出,四相之显现和觉受将依次显现。二是介绍它。在寂静处,当阳光明媚之时,如修持妥噶时一样,保持身姿,进行祈祷等。哦,具缘之殊胜子,这是隆珠益西(lHun grub ye shes)之道相的象征,即介绍自生光明为一切佛之总集,分为三:介绍为三身,介绍为三宝,介绍为五蕴七支。首先介绍为三身。塔久(thal 'gyur)中说:“此外,三界一切有情,皆不离身语意,故不需于他处寻觅三身。”意思是说,最初由五智之自性所成就的自之身语意,自然成就为法身、报身、化身三身。此后,身不离三身之住法,语不离不可言说之法身状态,意不离无生、不可思议之义。如是说。二是介绍为三宝。《龙钦六论》(klong drug pa)中说:“佛法僧三宝,本自圆满住于自身。”意思是说,不迷于离戏之心性,即是根本佛;

Through the lamp of pure wick, transmitted through the Katik crystal tube; the rainbow-like water lamp emerges from the door of the eye, and the outer space, like a mirror, opens the door of appearance. The inner pure lamp, like the face of the deity, initially emerges from the eyebrow, gradually expanding into a vast blue light. Within the rainbow-like halo of five colors, accompanied by subtle light spots, the lamp of empty bindu flickers like ripples from a stone thrown into a pond, eventually appearing as a clear and bright red dot. Within it, the awareness vajra chain, like the heart of the deity, flickers and sways like a knot in a horse's tail, or like a pearl necklace and a bouquet of flowers. Slowly guide it with focused gaze, placing it in space, maintaining awareness without distraction. Thus, the outer appearance is not interrupted, the inner clinging is not defiled, and one abides in the inexpressible, non-dual nature. Subject and object merge, awareness wells up from the eyebrow, and the experiences of the four visions will appear in sequence. Secondly, it is to introduce it. In a secluded place, when the sun is shining, maintain posture and perform prayers as in Trekchö practice. Oh, fortunate and excellent son, this symbolizes the path appearance of Lhundrup Yeshe, that is, to introduce the self-arisen luminosity as the collection of all Buddhas, divided into three: introduction as the three bodies, introduction as the three jewels, and introduction as the five aggregates and seven branches. First, introduce as the three bodies. The Thalgyur says: "Furthermore, all sentient beings of the three realms do not go beyond body, speech, and mind, therefore there is no need to seek the three bodies elsewhere." It means that initially, one's own body, speech, and mind, accomplished by the nature of the five wisdoms, are naturally accomplished as the three bodies of Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. Thereafter, the body does not depart from the three postures of the three bodies, speech does not depart from the inexpressible state of Dharmakaya, and mind does not depart from the meaning of unborn and inconceivable. So it is said. Secondly, introduce as the Three Jewels. The Klong Drugpa says: "The Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, are inherently perfect and dwell within oneself." It means that not being confused about the mind's nature of non-duality is the fundamental Buddha;

Free from error, the non-dual ultimate sacred Dharma. The Sangha of unborn essence, whose own body is free from movement, is spontaneously present from the beginning. Thus it is said. Third, introducing the five sets of seven: In the Clear Expanse it says: Sentient beings are all knowing, without defilement. The five aggregates are the source, father and mother. The channels, elements, and sense bases are the assembly of Bodhisattvas. The mandala of the three realms is complete within one's own body. Thus it is said, the original ground, the essence of primordial purity, with the spontaneously present rays of light, the essence of wisdom and the collection of thigle, the very awareness itself dwells as the essence in the form of the body in the womb of the precious citta. The self-radiance that dwells as light in its own nature, led by the five chakras, the self-radiance that dwells within all the channels. From the light channel connected to the heart and eyes, which has a crystal tube of kati, it serves as the basis for the manifestation of the four appearances of compassion. All the mandalas of the peaceful and wrathful victorious ones are complete within one's own body, and especially, it says in that very text: From the self-arising power of self-awareness, the five bodies and the five wisdoms, the five families, the five lights, the five winds, and the five wisdoms, etc., abide. Thus, first, the five bodies are: In the Clear Expanse it says: One's own awareness manifests as the five bodies. Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi manifest. Thus it is said, from the womb of the precious citta, from just a portion of the thigle, the seed of wisdom, the self-radiance of the essence of primordial purity, without defilement, the part that is clear like a butter lamp inside a vase, inseparable from body and wisdom. The appearance of light and thigle, clear and subtle like a string of pearls, in the expanse of the sky, this is symbolized as the five bodies. Thus, the awareness seen with the key point, the vajra string of pearls, the self-radiance of body and wisdom, appearing as light and thigle. Because one's own face appears as clear light, it is the body of Vairochana. Because the clear light is unchanging, it is the body of Akshobhya Vajra. Because it itself is with increase, it is the body of Ratnasambhava. Because the appearance is limitless, it is the body of Amitabha. Because the clear light arises spontaneously, it is the body of Amoghasiddhi, these are the five bodies. There, meditating in emptiness and clarity, free from appearance and grasping, is the path. When the bodies of the five families are clear, it is the result. Second, introducing the five wisdoms: In the Transcendence it says: Mirror-like, equality, discriminating, accomplishing, and the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. Thus it is said, that very clear light is without defilement and
