第三是,前方虚空中,观世音自在,身像明亮清晰,在其心间,将白色且具有 bindu(藏文:ཚེག་,梵文天城体:बिन्दु,梵文罗马拟音:bindu,汉语字面意思:点)和 nada(藏文:དྲག་,梵文天城体:नाद,梵文罗马拟音:nāda,汉语字面意思:音)的ཧྲཱིཿ(藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍)字,心不散乱地专注。

Reciting Dharma talks that generate renunciation and aversion, such as the story of Rachen, or looking at examples, etc. Second, regarding focusing the mind on pure deities, there are also three. First, in the space in front, visualize the form of glorious Vajrasattva, about an elbow's height, appearing but without inherent existence, like crystal, white and clear, with the nature of light, clearly meditate. Place awareness in his heart and meditate clearly and brightly. The second is, again, in the space in front, place awareness on the Bhagavan Shakyamuni Buddha, whose body color is like gold, shining brightly. The third is, in the space in front, Avalokiteshvara, whose form is bright and clear, in his heart, focus without distraction on the white HRIH (ཧྲཱིཿ, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, syllable Hrih) with bindu (ཚེག་, बिन्दु, bindu, dot) and nada (དྲག་, नाद, nāda, sound). Keep the duration short and the number of repetitions high. Each of these has immeasurable benefits. Third, regarding wind mind focus, there are also three, the first is wind and mind are non-dual, that is, taking conceptual thought itself as the basis of the object of focus. Whatever arises, whether it is desire, hatred, habitual tendencies, or bad habits, recognize it and then relax and rest the mind on that very basis. Sometimes, whatever thoughts arise, clearly recognize them and let them self-liberate. One arises, two arise, recognize them, do not follow any arising thoughts, let them self-liberate. Sometimes, focus on the object. Sometimes, let thoughts self-liberate. Relax and loosen in an uncorrected state. By doing this alternately, because conceptual thoughts are not connected continuously, thoughts become fragmented, negative thoughts gradually decrease, and a good abiding arises. Second, relying on vase breathing, keep the body in the seven-point posture and press the ground with both hands. At the same time as exhaling from the three channels of the right, left, and center, visualize all sins and obscurations emerging from the nostrils with a swooshing sound in the form of horned sins, and being burned by the fire of wisdom in front, this is purifying the poison of the wind. Then, at the same time as inhaling, swallow a mouthful of saliva, pressing it down with a "tick" sound below the navel, do not think of any object of focus, and abide attentively. If you can't bear it, exhale with a swooshing sound. Third, regarding focusing on Vajra recitation, exhale, and the body posture, etc., are as before. When inhaling, gather back the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of all the Buddhas of the three times in the form of the white syllable OM (ཨོཾ, ओं, oṃ, syllable Om), press down the upper wind, pull up the lower wind, and contract slightly below the navel.

During the connection between the lower and upper winds, visualize the essence of the speech of all Buddhas of the three times as the red letter ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanized: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: A), empty and clear without inherent existence, and rest the awareness in whatever state it abides. When it becomes unbearable and during exhalation, visualize the letter ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) of the mind of all Buddhas of the three times radiating in the form of blue light, and contemplate that these lights continuously emanate as manifestations for the benefit of beings. Thus, with inhalation being the nature of ཨོཾ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanized: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om), abiding being the nature of ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanized: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: A), and exhalation being the nature of ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanized: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum), hold the mind without distraction. By doing this at any time, it is called the unborn Vajra recitation. Since one breathes twenty-one thousand six hundred times a day, the recitation of the three syllables of the unborn Vajra is accomplished that many times, and the qualities are beyond description. Secondly, the formless has three aspects: tightening, loosening, and alternating. The first is: keep the body posture as before, without contemplating any object, focus the eyes and awareness on the space in front without distraction, tightening them completely. When the posture becomes tiring, rest again. At times, examine what the awareness that is tightening is like, and investigate what it is. Tighten again, and investigate again. Do this alternately. This will eliminate the faults of dullness and drowsiness. In all activities, rely on mindfulness without distraction. The second is loosening: lower the gaze, and loosen the mind relaxedly. Loosen without contemplating any object to be meditated upon, and relax both body and mind naturally. In a state where there is nothing to meditate on, just be without distraction. Rest in the natural, original, and authentic state, free from artificiality and fabrication. The third is alternating: sometimes tighten the awareness firmly, and tighten it slightly without distraction. Sometimes loosen it relaxedly, and spread it out widely. Tighten again, and loosen again. Meditate by alternating tightening and loosening in this way. Sometimes, with the gaze, stare upwards into the expanse of space. Although there is nothing to meditate on, focus the intention tightly. Loosen again. Sometimes, focus the gaze tightly to the right, focusing the expanse of awareness without distraction. Sometimes focus to the left, and sometimes focus downwards, rotating these in each session alternately. At times, examine what the awareness that is focusing the intention is like, and let the awareness itself stare at itself. Sometimes, lower the mind to the center of the heart and rest it calmly. Sometimes, the space Ga
