The union of sentient beings equally. And so on, this is established by the scriptures. The third is the uncommon preliminary practice, which is the method of revealing the naturally occurring wisdom through the key instructions that distinguish between samsara and nirvana, like a teaching that is like wiping away the dirt from a mirror. Its essence is the naturally occurring mind. Its definition is distinguishing the purity and impurity of the habitual tendencies of dualistic grasping of samsara and nirvana. The classification of names is distinguishing between samsara and nirvana, distinguishing between purity and impurity, and directly revealing one's own nature through special methods. For example, like wiping away the dirt from a mirror, or like applying black soil to gold, the stains of habitual tendencies are removed through methods, thereby naturally realizing the stainless and uncreated nature. The basis of both samsara and nirvana is: the spontaneously accomplished, emptiness free from elaboration, self-illuminating, abiding in indivisibility without any grasping. In the aspect of the unobstructed manifestation of self-power and luminosity, since there is no grasping, liberation occurs in the three kayas of nirvana. Because of the arising of thoughts of attachment and clinging, one wanders in samsara, appearing as both delusion and liberation. That, like the fog arising from the sky dissolving into the sky, is distinguished within the realm of reality. How to distinguish between samsara and nirvana? The tantra says: Vajradhara and the realm of space, tightening, loosening, maintaining, and also balancing, what is to be learned, the timing, distinguish between samsara and nirvana. The Vajradhara mentioned refers to the posture of the body, A refers to the expression of speech, and the realm of space refers to the key point of the mind. On a comfortable and spacious cushion, first, one prays to the lama, then sits with the four limbs drawn in, the soles of the feet touching, the waist straight, the hands not touching the head, the fingers joined, and the thumbs raised, placing this mudra on the crown of the head, which is the posture of the three-pointed vajra. From the mouth, the sound of ྷྶ་ is emitted, a clear sound of A is produced, and a strong sound of Ha is emitted, while holding the breath. The gaze of the eyes and awareness are directed together towards the empty realm of space. The scriptures say that during the day it is like this, and at night awareness abides in the empty clarity of the center of the heart, and in the morning and evening one abides in the realm of inner and secret reality. In any case, when assuming the posture, the three doors of body, speech, and mind, together with the breath, are gathered into one. If one cannot do this, then while exhaling, the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is emitted, and at the same time, the three doors are like a lasso with a broken rope.

By relaxing the body in a single moment, after the awareness distinguishes between purity and impurity, without controlling it, let it be natural, and a experience of "sale" (Tibetan, relaxation) arises, maintain this unadulterated state. When this experience becomes intense, recite "ྷྶ་", and then repeat the above posture etc. Maintaining balance means that the three doors of body, speech, and mind are simultaneous, tightening when tightening, relaxing when relaxing, and maintaining the original state means maintaining balance without control. Before the sign of distinction appears, it is necessary to continuously distinguish, so divide the time into four parts, according to the body's ability to bear, stop other activities, and do not have a moment of slackness. When the air is suppressed, you can slightly rely on alcohol etc., and stop talking. If the air component is too heavy, do not strongly control the air. If you do not engage in strong diligence, the awareness will not be collected, so it will not be possible to distinguish between purity and impurity, and it will become dull. The sign of distinction is that a natural, non-attached experience will arise, feeling surprised, and feeling relaxed. You can open your eyes and stare without a smile. A feeling of comfort and warmth will arise, and the air will naturally stop functioning. Just as an image appears in clear water, the characteristics of the nature will clearly appear. If even if diligence is not reduced, the general sign does not appear, or the experience of self-nature purity is not recognized, but unconsciously falls into a state of confusion, then during the day you can draw a small and clear white "ཨ་" in front of you, or place your gaze and awareness without attachment on the target. At night, visualize a white "ཨ་" the size of a mustard seed in the heart, and place the awareness on it, and the key points of body and speech are as described above, so that a clear, non-attached, manifest but ungraspable realization will arise, at this time maintain this state. Although there are similar experiences with other schools, those are experiences of inferior methods, painful squeezing, and have defects. But here, the experience of being fast, unobstructed, and manifesting a flawless, self-nature experience is therefore very special. The common purpose is to pacify diseases and demons, and eliminate karmic obstacles. Eliminate the obstacles of the channels and air. By practicing seven sessions, one can be liberated from states such as lethargy, agitation, and dullness. In particular, it is possible to quickly manifest the Dharmakaya that is free from conceptual thought and naturally primordial. As it is said in the "Great Space": "Great wisdom is difficult to obtain, it is accomplished by relying on wisdom and means." So it is said. The second root, the main practice is: through the meaning guidance of maintaining the original state, the method of not losing and manifesting the natural innate wisdom, like the teachings of the pure realm of space.
