In any place, maintain single-pointed focus; whatever appearances arise, let them be clear and vivid. If they don't arise, repeat the practice. This is the guidance on softening and introducing. Samaya! (藏文:ས་མ་ཡཱ།) Gya Gya Gya! (藏文:རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།) May the Lamp Deity meet you in your future lives! Rya Rya Rya! (藏文:རྱརྱརྱ།) On the fifteenth day of the fifth month of the Earth Pig year (1959), the Vidyadhara Ayu Vajra, upon receiving the prophecy of the Dakini, retrieved it from the Drakmar treasure cave. At the entrance of the great sacred site of Taktsang valley, on top of the round stone, in front of the image of the great lion standing proudly, between the cliff and the twisted juniper, on top of the mountain resembling the Auspicious Blazing Glory, in the secluded place where the mist gathers without summer or winter. Also, at the great secluded place, on the peak called Kunsang Choszong, on the eighth day of the third month of the Water Mouse year (1972), the fortunate monk Kunpal Gyaltsen was the patron, and the scribe was Kungga Chokgyal, who transcribed it from the yellow paper. The complete and stainless garland of the four empowerments of the Great Perfection, Spontaneous Perfection. Homage to glorious Samantabhadra! The yogi who bestows the four empowerments, in a secluded and delightful place, the mandala is square, the length of an arrow. The center is surrounded by five blue lights. The four petals of the lotus have the colors of the four directions. The periphery is surrounded by five lights. Other than that, it is the same as usual. On the central seat or platform, fill it with the three sweets and spices. Place the torma decorated with precious jewels. In the vase, put twenty-five vase substances and milk. Decorate with a neck ornament and a ribbon. To its left, in a skull cup with characteristics, pour alcohol mixed with Amrita (藏文:ཨ་མྲྀཏ་,梵文天城体:अमृत,梵文罗马拟音:amṛta,汉语字面意思:甘露). Arrange the action vase all at once. Arrange the torma offerings as you wish. For the peaceful decoration, place four knives in the four directions, four phurbas, four arrows with banners and mirrors attached. Arrange the other decorations well. Then, the students bathe outside. Then, they make a request to the gatekeepers: Kye! Wrathful and terrifying form, holding various weapons in your hands, protect the palace of the secret mandala, please allow us to enter! Make this request three times. The master says: Who are you, what do you want to do? Those without fortune, go away! Say this. The students say again: Kyeho! We are

Son of a fortunate lineage, in the supreme secret mandala, to the Guru, the protector of beings, I request the empowerment and instructions for maturation and liberation. Thus requested. Place the door curtain outside. The request to the teacher is: The embodiment of the Buddhas of the three times, Guru, you are my refuge. From the ocean of suffering samsara, please lead us disciples. Thus request three times. The Guru says: Alas, fortunate disciples, abandoning the assembly of afflictions and faults, in this life, connect to the Buddha's ground. Do you vow to accomplish as instructed? Thus he asks. The disciple answers: Kye! Vajra Guru, listen to me, I prostrate to the Guru, the Buddha of the three times, and the deities of the mandala. I will not transgress what you say. Thus he requests. Then, the curtain is opened, and the gingpas dispel obstacles, incense is burned, and the music is played loudly. Then, sit in a row, join your palms, and say this: Kyeho! Guru Vajradhara, and the assembly of mandala deities, since there is no other protector than you, please hold me with compassion. Thus he requests. The Guru grants: Alas! You are worthy and have accumulated merit, in this innermost secret Guru mandala, for the sake of liberating you, I bestow the supreme empowerment of desire. Thus he speaks. Then, the water of samaya is given: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,IAST: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ). This is the water of the Vajra of Samaya, if the Samaya is broken, it will be burned by the fire of hell, if it is protected, hundreds of thousands of qualities will be attained, be sure to protect this important Samaya. Cover the eyes, and the disciples hold garlands in their hands and request as follows: Kye! Assembly of the five spontaneously accomplished families, after opening the doors of the palace, whatever karmic connection there was from before, please connect the deities of the five families with us. Thus throw. Identify the deity where the flower falls. If it falls in the east, it is Vajra Skull Garland Power. Etc., establish the name of the deity where the flower falls. The blindfold is removed: The disciple offers a request: Kye! Guru Vajradhara, please consider, we ignorant and deluded ones, are obscured by the darkness of ignorance and affliction, please open the eye of wisdom with the rays of your compassion. Thus he requests. The Guru holds the Vajra: Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Devanagari: हुं,IAST: hūṃ,Literal meaning: Hūṃ). I, the teacher, the Vajra Guru, with wisdom, skillful means, and compassion, open your eyes of ignorance and darkness.
