Sudden arising awareness is like a momentary wind; these movements of good and bad thoughts, upon the very face of reality, cut through in one stroke. Do not abandon the appearances of arising, moving thoughts, which are like the wind. Do not reject, do not cultivate, do not repeat. Do not interfere with whatever thoughts arise. Do not follow after them. Do not subdue them with antidotes. Gaze intently at effortless thoughts. By looking, there is no seeing, nothing changes. All arising thoughts are liberated in their own place. Do not abandon thoughts; purify them in the expanse. Recognize thoughts as the Dharmakaya. With decisive certainty, movements arise from within their own radiance. Self-arising, self-liberation, arising and liberation are simultaneous. Arising and liberation are without birth. Ordinary awareness dawns as meditation. Thoughts and Dharmakaya are inseparable. Cutting through in one stroke, recognize thoughts as the Dharmakaya. Have faith, certainty, and confidence. For example, the ocean is inseparable from its waves. Even if continuous waves arise, the waves themselves are the ocean, and the ocean itself is the waves. Just as waves and the ocean are inseparable, by gazing intently at thoughts, even when they arise, they arise from the nature of the Dharmakaya. Even when they appear, they appear from the nature of the Dharmakaya. Even when they dissolve, they dissolve into the nature of the Dharmakaya. The arising of thoughts dawns as the play of wisdom. In the unborn nature, whatever way of appearing arises, it arises. In the unceasing play, whatever arises, as it arises, there is not even a hair's breadth of substantiality. Emptiness arises from emptiness, so it is empty. Unborn arises from unborn. Unceasing arises from unceasing. Whatever happens, whatever appears, whatever changes, is the play of the Dharmakaya. That which arises is liberated in its own place. Abiding in the certainty of liberation, when sudden events are seen nakedly, they abide in uncertainty, so they are liberated in non-grasping. Abiding in the present moment, they are liberated in naked seeing. Cut off the great confidence of having no need to go again. In short, what is called the liberation of one's own mind is not going from one place to another. It is complete from the ground up, so there is no coming and going. It cannot be found by searching; there is no reason. The root cannot be found; it abides in emptiness and clarity. That very nature of mind, abiding in self-clarity, without clinging, without meditating, expand awareness. Do not let the five senses stray outward. Whatever arises is the play of Dharmata. Take everything onto the path of Dharmakaya. By meditating in this way, the more doors of thought arise, the more the play of wisdom increases. The nature of mind, the essence of non-thought, abides in primordial purity. These are the practices of Trekchö. Gya Gya Gya (藏文:རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:,汉语字面意思:). Now, spontaneously accomplished.

Showing the practice of realization. Within, awareness is the Dharmakaya, Through meditation, it clearly manifests outwardly. This stainless awareness Dharmakaya, In the eight-petaled jewel of the mind, Resides as a sphere of light. Then, the path of awareness's movement, The channel called "Kun Dar," the All-Shaking, Has a tube of crystal ice, Emerging from within like a horn's tip. Outwardly, it dawns in the expanse of space, Rosaries of bindus, strings of spheres, From the manifest appearances upward, To the exhaustion of appearances downward, By practicing these four appearances, This is like a hero with a fully drawn arrow, How could it ever turn back? Clear emptiness is naked Buddhahood, Without action, delusion is purified, With the clarity of the five lights, wisdom expands, Without thought, afflictions are purified, Unthinking awareness expands into space, Without grasping, attachment is purified, Free from fixation, the three bodies expand, With self-clarity, the five radiances also, Reside in the form of the youthful vase body. Transcending the extremes of permanence and annihilation, The aspect of clarifying appearance is unceasing. The appearance of intrinsic nature, Possesses the five wisdom colors. The self-radiance, shimmering and bright, Is clear, radiant, beautiful, and pure. Like light from the sun, It is not one's own doing, But one's own nature appears that way. Although the state is inconceivable, It is the three aspects of wisdom. By the wisdom of the primordial purity of essence, Delusions such as ignorance are purified. By the wisdom of self-perfected nature, The clarifying self-radiance abides as such. By the wisdom of all-pervading compassion, Whatever arises is an unceasing display. Thus, since the unchanging essence abides as the Dharmakaya, Although the three bodies abide as the basis of inseparable union, There are no forms of faces and hands with distinct marks. Since the five lights of self-clarity gather, Although the three radiances are self-luminous, There are no distinct colors formed. Since compassion abides as the wisdom of awareness, The wisdom of knowing is unceasing, Although each is clear, there is no action. Thus, the system of Dzogchen considers the basis to be empty, clear, and unceasing. It considers the path to be Trekchö and Tögal. By practicing the great union of the four visions, There is no doubt that one will attain Buddhahood with the three bodies and five wisdoms as the result, And enlightenment with the twenty-five wisdoms in seven months or one year. Ultimately, there is no doubt that one will attain Buddhahood in the Bardo of Dharmata. The primordial purity of self-perfection
