A hell without suffering, a hungry ghost without hunger or thirst, an animal without stupidity, a community without busyness or poverty, an Asura without animosity or jealousy, a heavenly host without joy or wish-fulfillment. Two: A teacher who cannot guide, a Dharma speaker who cannot speak, a Dharma listener who cannot understand qualities, a teacher and retinue without good or bad, a world of movement and stillness whose form is not in any place. As it is said. The meaning of that is that the nature of all dharmas is suchness itself. Because it is ascertained by the words of the sutras and tantras, although there are many sources for the reason for being without doubt, I have not written all the quotations for fear of many letters. At that time, delusion is purified in its place, and the natural sound of wisdom, whirring and humming, will be heard as the sound of the Dharma. The scent of delusion is purified in its place, and the scent of wisdom, without leakage, will be felt. The taste of delusion is purified in its place, and the taste of wisdom, endowed with a hundred excellent flavors, will be experienced. The touch of delusion is purified in its place, and the touch of wisdom, the warmth of great bliss, will be enjoyed. The difference between the self-appearance of wisdom and the deluded appearance of consciousness is this: now, the deluded form of sudden habitual tendencies, the clarity of the five consciousnesses, the image of earth, water, fire, and wind, is only the face of the deluded appearance of consciousness, and nothing else exists in the outer, inner, or intermediate places. The distinctions of the self-appearance of the nature of reality are such that they cannot be destroyed by antidotes and do not change, but the body of the deluded appearance of consciousness, or the aggregation of the appearance of habitual tendencies of the mind, is of a nature that is separate, and of a nature that is suddenly unbearable to examine. This must be recognized without error. Three: The meaning of recognition is to practice it. At that time, whatever appearance of clear light arises, until it disappears, separate the activities of body, mind, and speech, and abide in that state in which the memory of the single, actionless, beyond-mind naturally arises, and practice it. When it disappears, entrust it to the basis of clear light as before. In this way, strive and practice diligently for about seven days at a time. After that, even if you do not exert effort, the appearance of profound beyond-mind will arise clearly and vividly. The posture of the body
