Where does it come from? If it comes from appearance, then where does it come from, such as from the earth? If it comes from emptiness, then from which direction of the sky, above, below, or in between, does it come? It should be carefully examined. In the middle, examining the place where the mind dwells: Does your mind dwell dependently on a support, or does it dwell without support? If it dwells dependently on a support, then does it dwell dependently on external forms, etc., or does it dwell dependently on the internal body, inside and out, head and tail, etc.? In what way does it dwell and abide? If it dwells without support, then what is there to dwell on in nothingness? It should be carefully examined. Finally, examining the place where the mind goes: Does your mind have coming and going, or not? If it does, where is it? Where does it come from? In what way does it come and go? Ask. If it says there is no coming and going, then what is it that speaks to me, etc.? Write it down. Examine and analyze it well. Do this for three days. Second, examining shape and color: Is your mind, the one that arises, the one that dwells, the one that goes, etc., is that mind substantial or insubstantial? Ask. If it says it is substantial, then is the shape round, etc.? Ask. Is the shape of the color white, etc.? Likewise, is it thick or thin, long or short, male or female or neuter, large or small, biased, inside or outside, etc.? What caused those? What conditions caused them? Ask and investigate thoroughly. If that mind, the one that arises, the one that dwells, the one that goes, is insubstantial, then it is amazing to find an arising, dwelling, and going in nothingness! Investigate thoroughly. Do this for three days. Third, examining one and many, etc.: Are those minds, the one who seeks and the object of seeking, one or different? If they are one, then doesn't the fingertip touch itself? Just as the edge of a sword does not cut itself, it is impossible for the seeker and the object of seeking to be one. If they are different, then there are not two streams of consciousness for going, likewise, the thinker lives remotely from his own continuum. Do this for three days. Fourth, the way to examine the clinging to the experience of bliss, clarity, and non-thought: When the feeling of bliss, clarity, and non-thought arises in the mind, immediately recognize it, do not leave it in non-thought, if it is bliss, then besides the one who experiences bliss, there is a place of bliss, and a cause of bliss separately.

Ah! Abide naturally in the appearance. If it is clear, recognize the one who is clear, and the natural state of appearance abides in a clear realm that is not the one who thinks he is clear, and a clear object comes from another place. If you abide without thinking, the natural state of appearance abides in an abiding realm that is not the one who thinks he is abiding at the time of abiding, and a certain experience of an abiding object abiding. Moreover, the moment of the one who is happy, the one who is clear, and the one who abides arises on its own, you must know how the realm of happiness, the realm of clarity, and the realm of abiding abide. Practice this for three days. Fifth, examine the two, abiding and moving: How does the nature of abiding itself abide? By abiding in this way, the nature of non-conceptuality will suddenly appear as without an object. When movement arises, the thought is not diminished, how does one's own nature arise? How does the movement itself arise at the time of abiding? Thus, in the realm of the mind, whatever feelings arise, whether happy or unhappy, dullness, agitation, etc., and the one who feels has an inseparable secret in an instant, so it naturally abides without effort. Practice this for three days. Second, the experience of Vipassanā: The knowledge that has been determined without prior conceptual speculation, by abiding in this state, the impurities of Śamatha are gradually purified, and the pure moment arises on its own, and in the state of non-conceptuality, the unborn certainty naturally arises. On this basis, in the experience of Vipassanā on the path of joining, from the three, bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, in the state of continuous thoughts, the clear and unobstructed awareness appears nakedly, self-aware and self-luminous, clearly and distinctly. For this, there is no object of meditation and meditator of the object and the object, which is non-conceptuality. For this, it is bliss to abide naturally without effort. Third, the realization of Vipassanā: The experience of the object and the object gradually becomes pure, and every moment of whatever arises appears as self-awareness without an object. On this basis, in the path of seeing, the three, bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality of the realization of Vipassanā, all appear as primordial without an object, therefore it is clear. Since there is no distinction between the object of clarity and the subject of clarity, it is non-conceptuality. Since it is bliss in the indivisibility of awareness and emptiness, it is bliss. Third, the introduction of the non-dual practice is divided into two parts: distinguishing between similarity and error, and introducing it without error.
