Thinking of the (seed syllable, Tibetan: ེ་), and placing it at the throat, from the tongue, which is clear as the Three Roots, rays of light descend in the form of white and red bodhicitta. By dissolving into the speech, all sins and obscurations of speech are purified. Generate the aspiration to receive all the empowerments of speech. Ah! The empowerment of the Three Roots is performed based on this nectar. The skull cup is the palace of wisdom, a body that is transparent and without inner or outer. The Three Roots bless. May the obscurations of speech be purified, and may the empowerment of mantra recitation be obtained! Third, the empowerment of utterly non-elaborate wisdom-jnana: From the tantra: The supreme empowerment of utterly non-elaborate wisdom-jnana, should be conferred upon the mind. Therefore, offering the torma feast, making requests, and the preliminary practices up to administering the oath water, should be done as in the case of elaborate practices. The main part is: That torma, which is adorned, is clear as the symbol of the three kayas, Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya. From the heart center of the assembly of deities of the three kayas, which appear but are without inherent existence, rays of light endowed with the five wisdoms arise and dissolve into one's own heart center, purifying all obscurations of mind. All empowerments of mind are obtained. Think that all meanings of self-arisen wisdom are born in the continuum. Place the torma on the heart. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हूँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Meaning: Hum)! The empowerment of perfecting the three kayas is performed based on this torma. The torma vessel is the pure Dharmakaya. The torma is the complete Sambhogakaya of desired qualities. The Nirmanakaya is adorned with various ornaments. By the blessing of the complete three kayas, may the obscurations of mind be purified, and may the empowerment of empty-clarity perfection be obtained!
