Visualize arising from the net-like channels of the throat, filling the entire body. At the soles of the feet is green Yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: यं, Sanskrit Romanization: yaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Yaṃ). At the navel is red Raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: रं, Sanskrit Romanization: raṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Raṃ). At the throat is smoky Khaṃ (Tibetan: ཁཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: खं, Sanskrit Romanization: khaṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Khaṃ). At the forehead is blue E. At the back of the neck is yellow Suṃ (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Suṃ). On the right knee is white Ha (Tibetan: ཧ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Chinese literal meaning: Ha). Again, visualize at the soles of the feet is bluish-black Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ), both the teacher and the student should contemplate. The teacher and the student, filled with vigor, should forcefully pronounce Phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Chinese literal meaning: Phaṭ) twenty-one times with each breath to protect. In the actual separation of the Ru Shan, visualize at the crown of one's own body is white A (Tibetan: ཨ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: A). At the throat is yellow Suṃ (Tibetan: སུཾ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुं, Sanskrit Romanization: suṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Suṃ). At the heart is bluish-green Nṛ. At the navel is reddish-black Tri. At the secret place is greenish-black Pre. At the soles of the feet are smoky Du, etc., visualize that the imprints projected by each of the six realms gather and dissolve into them. Then, from the three places of the crown, throat, and heart, visualize that the seed syllables of body, speech, and mind, Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨཱོྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), and Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ), radiate white, red, and blue lights, like a chain of flames, burning the seeds of the six realms. Bless the body, speech, and mind as the body, speech, and mind of the Buddhas. Again, the light radiates outwards, pervading all places of the six realms, burning and purifying all the sins, obscurations, seeds, and imprints of each. Contemplate the complete qualities of the Buddhas, and recite the three syllables with or without intonation, until excellent signs and indications appear. Finally, recite at least seven million times. Second, the main practice has four parts: abandoning the nine activities of body, speech, and mind; focusing on the essential points of body, speech, and mind; relying on the three essential points to bring realization directly into the present moment; and how the experiences of the four visions arise. The first part is: Abandon the external activities of the body, such as walking; abandon the internal activities, such as prostrations and circumambulations. Rely on secret solitude. Abandon the external idle talk of speech; abandon the internal Dharma practices. Secretly observe silence. Abandon the external discriminations and judgments of the mind; abandon the internal study and contemplation. Secretly abide in effortless state. The second part is focusing on the essential points of body, speech, and mind, first, the essential point of the body, the posture of the Dharmakaya like a lion: Sit on a soft cushion in a dog-like posture. Bring the soles of the feet together. Spread the knees outwards. Place the palms on the ground and interlock the thumbs. Straighten the upper body like a lion. Slightly raise the neck and gaze unblinkingly at the sky between the eyebrows, in the sunlight.

Slightly lower the gaze and look at the sky. The Dharmakaya's way of looking is to look upwards without moving. When bindus appear, do not follow their coming and going, but aim at the letter OṂ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡). Then guide the bindu closer and closer, and when it is about an arm's length away, aim at the letter ĀḤ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). Then, aim at the letter HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) in front of you and practice slowly. The Sambhogakaya's posture is like an elephant sleeping, lying face down on a mat, with the knees together, the elbows planted on the ground, the palms of the hands supporting the throat, and the fingers touching the cheeks. Straighten the back. The Sambhogakaya's way of looking is to look at the sky with the eyes sideways. Like the previous Dharmakaya's posture, first OṂ (藏文:ཨཱོྃ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), and then guide it down to ĀḤ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿). Then constantly guide it in front of you and aim at the letter HŪṂ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). The Nirmanakaya's posture is like a hermit sitting cross-legged, sitting cross-legged on a mat with the ankles aligned, with the hands on the hips or knees, and the spine straight. The Nirmanakaya's way of looking is to look at the sky with half-closed eyes, aiming at the three seed syllables, as before. If these are practiced in one day, practice the Dharmakaya in the morning, the Sambhogakaya at noon, and the Nirmanakaya in the afternoon, or focus on the posture that is most beneficial to you. Second is the key point of speech: do not speak, practice gradually, and eventually be like a mute. Third is the key point of mind: let the breath flow naturally, and keep the mind focused with the eyes, do not let it wander. Third, relying on the three key points, to bring the manifestation directly to oneself, there is also the key point of the door of manifestation, the key point of the place of manifestation, and the key point of the wind-mind of how it manifests. The first is: the eyes are turned back and look downwards at an angle. In "Burning Lamp," it says: The door of manifestation is the two eyes themselves. That is to say, at the chakra points, the basis of the manifestation of the four lamps is light and bindus, and its self-nature radiance passes through the channels like white silk threads, appearing in the eyes like the iridescence of a peacock's neck. In "Vast Clarity," it says: Wisdom dwells in the heart, like a white silk thread, it manifests through the path of the channels. Second, the key point of the place of manifestation is: the emptiness of the sky, free from external objects, water free from sensory objects
