Abiding in the vajra posture, adorned with the thirty-two major marks and eighty minor marks, such as the protuberance on the crown of the head and the wheel on the soles of the feet. Surrounded by a gathering of root and lineage gurus, as well as Buddhas and Bodhisattvas from the ten directions, like a dense cloud, gazing upon all sentient beings, including myself, with eyes of loving-kindness, I believe they are abiding. hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Shame) I and this confused aggregate of self, etc., clarify with words. hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Shame) In the palace of pure great bliss, etc., after making supplications with intense devotion, with the sound of aḥ phaṭ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: ah phat, Literal Chinese meaning: Ah Phat), from the essence of consciousness, a subtle bindu shoots out like a shooting star from a large star, far from the central channel, transferring to the heart of Buddha Amitabha. ṭa (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: ta, Literal Chinese meaning: Ta) It falls down with a sound and strikes the bindu in the heart. Again, it moves up, and again, imagine it falling down. Likewise, without distraction, visualize again and again, generate diligence, and practice until signs appear. The signs are itching of the crown of the head, swelling, discharge of serum, and the feeling of a thorn piercing, which will definitely occur without doubt. Finally, the order of gathering is also that all the Sugatas and their sons dissolve into light and gather into Amitabha. That itself passes through the central channel and dissolves into the bindu in the heart. In that state, rest evenly wherever the mind abides. Like the Brahma path opening up a vast expanse, also imagine it being blocked by a four-petaled white lotus. If you can clearly visualize yourself as the protector Amitayus and know the recitation and visualization, then act accordingly. If not, visualize Amitayus Buddha and all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas surrounding and abiding on the crown of your head, and to pacify obstacles to life and request the attainment of deathlessness, recite the longevity practice as much as possible in the form of a prayer. Seal it with dedication and aspiration. The second is to apply it to activities. If signs of death appear, try as much as possible to avert them by methods that can be averted. If you cannot avert them and are certain to die, confess all faults and sins. Donate whatever you have to virtuous causes. Visualize as before, and at the navel, water passage, anal passage, mouth, two nostrils, two eyes, and two ears of Avalokiteśvara, block each with the syllable hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum), and visualize the Brahma path as a wide-open door. Also, recite in the mouth, hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Shame) I clearly visualize myself as the deity, from the heart of the lama, etc., to block the doors.

As in previous practice, visualize the Sugata, the root and lineage lamas, residing clearly on the crown of your head. Think of the thigle at your heart center dissolving, without support, into the expanse of the dharmadhatu, without directing your focus downwards. HRIH (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) In the palace of pure great bliss, with intense supplication and devotion, bind wind, focus, and mind into one. Focus unwaveringly and single-pointedly on the heart of the Buddha on the crown of your head. If you can die in that state, the purpose will surely be accomplished. Obstacles are attachment to appearances and clinging to wealth, etc., so these must never be done. Fourth is the benefit: From the Dakini All-Creating Tantra: The consciousness rides the horse of wind, If it goes on the path above, Even a person accustomed to sin, Will often be born in a higher realm. And so forth, many are spoken of in the tantras. Up to this point, the common preliminary seven-part sequence is complete. Third, the uncommon preliminaries are the practice of the second and third empowerments. The instructions on training in unattached wind and training in attached thigle must be learned from separate sources. In particular, the special preliminaries, outer, inner, secret, etc., will be explained at the time of Tögal. Second general meaning, the main practice is to generate uncontaminated wisdom in the continuum, the Kadag Trekchö instructions: To enable a person who delights in non-objectification to attain Buddhahood through the path of non-effort, which arises spontaneously, without reliance on antidotes. This has two parts: seeking calm abiding and generating insight. The first has three parts: Using the Shravaka's view of calm abiding to make the mind, which does not abide, abide; using the Bodhisattva's view to make abiding stable; and using the Wrathful One's view to make stability liberated. The first has two parts: the key points of the body and the key points of the mind. The first is: In accordance with the seven-point posture of Vairochana: Legs in vajra posture, hands in equipoise, spine straight, abdomen close to the spine, neck slightly bent, tongue touching the palate, eyes gazing at the space in front of the tip of the nose, Maintaining a sharp gaze. These seven points are without defect, well-arranged, so meditation arises naturally. The second is the instruction on the key points of the mind.
