External obstacles are the demons who delight in the dark side, and internal demons are those who delight in the light side, creating obstacles to test practice. The secret is the scattering of mind and thoughts. Third, the method of elimination is: Visualize a dark blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart of the chosen deity. From that Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) emanate countless Hūṃs (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). They exit from the right nostril and fill the entire universe with the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). They enter from the left nostril and fill the entire body with the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). These do not obscure each other, but are clear and distinct, and the long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) is recited. Furthermore, Externally, there is the protective circle of the five armors. Internally, there is the protective circle of self-arisen perfection. Secretly, there is the protective circle of non-conceptual mind. These should be constantly meditated upon. In particular, practitioners of the Great Vehicle should meditate on the protective circle of bodhicitta. May these sentient beings, headed by enemies, obstacles, harm-doers, and those with malicious minds, possess happiness and the cause of happiness, and be separated from suffering and the cause of suffering. For the sake of quickly attaining enlightenment, in general, until enlightenment is attained, may body, speech, and mind be used for virtuous deeds. May they be used until death. May they be used from today until this time tomorrow. Meditating with joy and clarity is the best of all protections. This is like entrusting the escort to the enemy, sending them on the fearless path. Fourth, the necessity is: temporarily, the obstacles on the paths and bhūmis are pacified, and whatever is desired is accomplished effortlessly. Ultimately, the state of Buddhahood is attained, and the benefit of beings is accomplished without obstruction through the four activities. Seventh, the instructions on transference have four points: the necessity of transference, the faults of not transferring, the manner of transferring, and the benefits thereof. The first is: even if one has entered the path, if one does not complete the practice, in the next life one will be connected with a good basis for continuing the path, and thus complete the fruit of the path that was not finished in the previous life. The second point, the faults of not transferring, is: if one does not transfer the wind-mind from the Brahma hole through the profound instructions, there will be many faults. In the Tantra of the All-Knowing Mother of the Dakinis it says: "Consciousness, with wind as its horse, if it goes to the lower path, even those accustomed to Dharma, many will fall into the lower realms." Thus it is said. Third, there are various ways of transferring.

The five are: the superior one practices the Phowa of increasing the view of the Dharmakaya, the intermediate one practices the Phowa in the state of the Sambhogakaya's generation and completion dual union, the inferior one practices the Phowa of the Nirmanakaya's immeasurable great compassion, the ordinary one practices the Phowa with three kinds of awareness, and the deceased one practices the Phowa with the compassionate iron hook of following. Among them, the first three are combined with the practice of the three yogis of superior, intermediate, and inferior, and the latter two are what will be explained here. The first of these is the practice at the time of present practice, that is, to visualize the place as the pure land, the body as the deity, and the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas as welcoming guests. Among them, the first practice is to sit in a secluded place on a comfortable cushion, and take refuge and generate Bodhicitta. The body is in the seven-fold posture of Vairochana or the three straight postures. The speech holds the vase breath. The object of the mind is to meditate single-mindedly in this way, so that all dualistic phenomena are unattainable. In emptiness, the place is the center of the Sukhavati pure land and the palace. Visualize yourself as the noble Avalokiteshvara, with a white body, one face and four arms, sitting in the vajra posture. The first two hands are clasped at the chest, the remaining right hand holds a white crystal rosary, and the left hand holds the stem of a white lotus. Fully adorned with silk and precious ornaments. Manifest but without self-nature, clear but without attachment, the inside and outside are clear and without obscuration, in the middle of the empty body. The central channel, the lifeblood of Bodhicitta, is white on the outside, red on the inside, and blue in the middle, not stained by blood and pus. Like a sheep intestine blown up, its upper end is inserted into the great bliss wheel at the crown of the head. It is also empty and vast like an open sky. The lower end is inserted into the Kanda below the navel, empty inside. At the heart center, in the center of the white eight-petaled lotus, visualize the essence of consciousness, a bindu with five colors. Bright and shining, round and condensed, pulsating and shimmering. On the top of the head, visualize the root guru, the embodiment of all Buddhas, inseparable from the Dharmakaya Amitabha, with a red body, one face and two hands in the meditation mudra. Covered with three Dharma robes, with vajra feet.
