Now, seeing manifestly in the realm of the Victorious Ones is particularly excellent. As it is said in that very tantra: In the precious palace of the mind, the essence is pure from the beginning, the union of emptiness and clarity is the radiance of the body, the face and hands are complete in the vase body, spontaneously present in a sphere of light, the colors of compassion are individually clear. Thus it is said. In Trekchö, saying that one's own body is the mandala of the Victorious Ones does not go beyond mental aspiration. Here, all the deities of the seven chakras of one's own body are manifestly clear, which is particularly excellent. As it is said in the secret tantra: Trekchö deities are the completion of mental thought and mind-holding; these are the deities of the seven chakras, appearing as unobstructed, clear light bodies; mental thought and attachment are purified in the space; becoming accustomed to this, one vanishes into the rainbow body of Kuntuzangpo. Thus it is said. Saying that there is bardo in Trekchö does not go beyond mental thought. Here, bardo and all phenomena of existence are manifestly clear at the gate of the senses, which is particularly excellent. As it is said in that very tantra: In other Dharma, there is the bardo of the mental thought body; here, there is no bardo, so manifest enlightenment is achieved. Thus it is said. In Trekchö, the appearance of the six aggregates is seen by the mind-holding senses, which does not go beyond the arising of various thoughts. Here, when the rigpa bindu is seen by the senses of the light channels and essences, all thoughts cease at once, and seeing the immeasurable aspect of the appearance of wisdom is particularly excellent. As it is said in the Thalgyur: Seeing nakedly in the bindu, the memory of moving thoughts ceases; like a bird flying in the sky, there is nowhere to go from the Dharmadhatu; because the unattached rigpa appearance is pure, the causes and conditions of appearing delusion are exhausted. Thus it is said. Therefore, when practicing such a special key point that is uncommon to all, the profound and vast instructions of Tögal, first establishing it with the three key points and practicing it manifestly on oneself: As it is said in the secret tantra: In the posture of the three kayas, the lion's posture, the naked clarity of self-nature arises. Thus it is said, with the head wrapped in a spotless white cloth, the key point of the body is to have the lion's posture, the key point of the place is to place it under the clear, cloudless sky of the sun, and the key point is to look with half-closed eyes. As it is said in the Tantra of the Secret Conduct Seed: In the view of space and rigpa,

Look at the sky free from obscurations! As it is said, please practice accordingly! At that time, within the white light flickering, the rainbow light rising, the rays shining, and the shimmering, there appear bindus like small beans, like the eyes of a fish, and flickering like stars, and like lice attached to hair, and shimmering like golden threads. This is seeing the Vajra Chain. The Tantra says: The Vajra is seen with the eye. As it is said, one's own awareness, the Vajra Chain, the wisdom of Dharmadhatu, the nature of being inseparable, the essence of the all-pervading primordial protector Samantabhadra, possessing many qualities of being without birth, death, or change, merely hearing its sound brings joy and bliss, and because the senses are clear, it is the path of accumulation, all phenomena of Samsara and Nirvana are free from the extremes of elaboration and have not gone beyond the manifest appearance of Dharmata, the naked awareness of self-illumination, the ultimate reality, the nature of self-awareness, the Vajra Chain, manifestly and clearly appears, and because the Lama points it out, that person sees the truth in it and joy arises, hence it is called the first Bhumi, the Extremely Joyful. Although the five paths and sixteen Bhumis are enumerated, they are not found elsewhere. When a person to whom the Lama has pointed out sees the truth of self-awareness and it becomes manifest, then all the Paramitas of the paths and Bhumis are perfected. However, with the defilement of the manner of appearance and the arising of compassion that does not focus on sentient beings, it is the Paramita of Generosity. Secondly, at this time there are three postures, one should sit in the posture of the Nirmanakaya. The key point of the breath is to slow it down and make the inhalation and exhalation even. The need is that the Karma Vayu is the horse of the mind, so when scattering outwards, the horse scatters outwards, and the person gathers inwards, so the radiance of awareness dissolves into the heart. Awareness, being primordially pure, is clear and stable in its own face, so there is a need to let the intention of the Dharmakaya rest in self-illumination and self-abiding. As it is said in the Garland of Pearls: How should the breath be slowed down? Because it arises from extreme agitation, the connection between body and mind is severed, and it does not revolve in the three realms. As it is said, please practice accordingly! At that time, there is white haze, and white light shimmering, and white fine things like scattering wool in the sky, and like throwing stones into a pool of water,
