萨尔瓦（sal ba）： 如果能够做到，就按照长寿成就密集的仪轨来进行，虽然这样做事有条理，但是只取其灌顶的要点，做成便于携带的，并且在修法灌顶目录中，虽然没有明确说明前置观修，但是因为已经展示了坛城的绘制方法等，所以自然而然就包含了前置观修，因此就这样安排了。首先是念诵的瑜伽：皈依、发心等按照金刚鬘或者密集金刚的仪轨进行。为了所有众生的利益，我要获得长寿持明果位。为了这个目的，我要修持怙主无量寿佛。瞬间观想自己明观为本尊，在三处（身、语、意）以嗡（ཨོཾ，梵文：ॐ，oṃ，圆满）、啊（ཨཱཿ，梵文：आः，āḥ，生起）、吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हुं，hūṃ，入灭）来标识。从心间的吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हुं，hūṃ，入灭）字发出光芒照耀十方，净化所有众生的罪障，供养圣者，再次融入自身，从而清净我的身语意三门的所有业障，特别是平息所有寿命的障碍，驱逐邪魔外道。再次发光，将我损失的寿命、生命力、元气全部收回，恢复如初，并在外形成金刚帐幕。再次发光，行二利事业后收回，从莲花和月亮坐垫之上，观想自己成为怙主无量寿佛，身色红色，以珍宝装饰全身，双手在禅定印之上托着长寿宝瓶，与自己的明妃无二无别地拥抱。从他的心间发出光芒，从极乐世界迎请与自己相同的智慧勇识，班杂萨玛扎（བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文：वज्रसमाजाः，vajrasamājaḥ，金刚萨玛扎），扎（ཛཿ，梵文：जः，jaḥ，迎请）吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हुं，hūṃ，结合）班（བཾ，梵文：वं，vaṃ，安住）霍（ཧོཿ，梵文：होः，hoḥ，欢喜）融为一体。在心间月轮之上，舍（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文：ह्रीः，hrīḥ，大悲）字被咒语的链条围绕，从中发出光芒，汇集十方诸佛、菩萨、上师、本尊、空行母、梵天、仙人、持明者、掌管寿命者，以及地水火风、山川草木等所有精华，融入自身，从而获得不死的长寿成就。这样观想后，念诵：嗡 咕噜 阿玉嘉纳 阿玛ra纳 匝 奔地耶 梭哈（ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎ་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔，梵文：ॐ गुरु आयुर्ज्ञान अमरणा जीवन्ति ये स्वाहा，oṃ guru āyurjñāna amaraṇā jīvanti ye svāhā，嗡 咕噜 长寿 智慧 不死 生命 愿您 梭哈）。第二是修持的瑜伽：如果想要详细进行，就进行驱魔和结界。如果想要简略，就用上面的念诵过程代替。加持供品：舍（ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文：ह्रीः，hrīḥ，大悲）字，从心间发出让（རཾ，梵文：रं，raṃ，火大种子字）、扬（ཡཾ，梵文：यं，yaṃ，风大种子字）、康（ཁཾ，梵文：खं，khaṃ，空大种子字）字，焚烧、摧毁、洗涤供品的过失和污垢，外内密等供品的云朵，充满无漏的虚空。嗡（ཨོཾ，梵文：ॐ，oṃ，圆满）啊（ཨཱཿ，梵文：आः，āḥ，生起）吽（ཧཱུྃ，梵文：हुं，hūṃ，入灭）班杂 布贝（བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ，梵文：वज्रपुष्पे，vajrapuṣpe，金刚花）。度

Salwa: If possible, it should be done according to the Long Life Accomplishment Secret Assembly ritual. Although this is well-organized, only the essence of the empowerment is taken, making it easy to carry. For the benefit of all sentient beings, I will attain the state of a long-life vidyadhara. For this purpose, I will practice the protector Amitayus. Again, light radiates, gathering back all the lost life force, vitality, and essence of my life, restoring them to their original state, and forming a vajra tent around the outside. Again, light radiates, accomplishing the two benefits and then dissolving back. From above the lotus and moon seat, visualize yourself as the protector Amitayus, with a red body, adorned with precious jewels, holding a vase of life on the hands in the meditation mudra, embracing your consort, inseparable. From his heart, light radiates, inviting a wisdom being identical to himself from Sukhavati. Vajrasamājaḥ (བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ, Sanskrit: वज्रसमाजाः, vajrasamājaḥ, Vajra Samaja), Jaḥ (ཛཿ, Sanskrit: जः, jaḥ, invitation) Hum (ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit: हुं, hūṃ, union) Bam (བཾ, Sanskrit: वं, vaṃ, abiding) Hoh (ཧོཿ, Sanskrit: होः, hoḥ, joy) become inseparable.
