Then, recite and invoke the life-essence mantra of the Protector: Oṃ Mahākāla Rūpa Ākarṣāya Ja. By reciting this, until the Protector arrives in visions or signs, continue reciting. Various kinds of miraculous signs will appear. When these appear, greatly increase joy, and recite this mantra for accomplishing activities: Mahākāla Guṇa Hṛ Da Hūṃ. By reciting this, obstacles are overcome, and one is urged into action. Then, strike with a mixture of mustard seed, turmeric, black mustard, and iron powder, and strike the lingam with this mantra for cursing: Mahākāla Rakṣa Chegemo Māraya Phaṭ. Bhyo Bhyo Rakṣa Kāla Duna Duna Bhyo Bhyo Soda Soda. By striking in this way, signs of killing, such as killing the enemy, giving the lungs and heart, eating meat, and making lingams, etc., will appear in visions and signs. Then, combine the three—invocation, cursing, and killing—and recite, and cut the lingam with a curved knife or weapon. Some perform fire offerings, some suppress it in cemeteries, places where spirits gather, or at crossroads, and a portion is thrown as a dart. Invoke the Protector couple of the desire realm, and offer the torma as follows: Hūṃ! The expanse blazing like the fire of an eon, residing in the center of the great charnel ground, surrounded by the retinue of black flesh-eating rākṣasīs, the black Protector who destroys the world, is the lord of all the desire realm. Great slayer, to work, Bhyo! The retinue is a host of blood-drinking rākṣasas, the time for flesh-eating and killing has come, the time for the great Lord has come, the Protector has broken the oath, the black one himself protects the oath, do not transgress the previous oath, take the life from the oath-breaking enemy. Mahākāla Rūpa Bhyo Bhyo! After that, offer the torma to the Protector and his retinue at the appropriate time as follows: Bless it with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, and Oṃ Mahākāla Balinta Khāhi! Amṛta Khāhi! Rakta Khāhi! Mama Śatrūṃ Rakṣa Balinta Khāhi! Offer the torma in this way as well. If a person with backbone and commitment strives in practice, he will subdue all the hostile forces of the three thousand worlds. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Guhya! The secret oral instructions for this are hidden separately, perform a time-limited retreat for three months, and until signs are obtained, recite the mantra continuously, without being interrupted by human speech. At that time, terrifying miracles such as striking and killing will appear, these are signs of accomplishment.
