If you only practice when you are about to die, you will attain Buddhahood. Therefore, diligently engaging in practice is the conduct of the best of individuals. Thereafter, the signs of experiencing direct realization are: The actual signs are in the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. The body becomes light and the complexion becomes good. Speech becomes straightforward, and one can speak the language of Dharma without having learned it. In the mind, occasional flashes of clairvoyance arise. All appearances and perceptions become like rainbows and lights. Sometimes, the forms of deities and bindus flicker. Sometimes, one goes into a state of emptiness and without support. Devotion to the guru becomes especially strong, and caution towards cause and effect becomes relaxed. In experience, one's own body radiates light, and sometimes one feels as if one has no body. The speech speaks unconsciously like an echo. The mind becomes comfortable and clear, and nothing appears. Sometimes, one goes into a state of emptiness and non-thought. Even if these occur, they are unstable and changing. The signs of being unchanging are: The appearance of grasping at reality does not arise, and everything appears as pure light. Even when it appears, one realizes that there is no grasping. This is the sign of having reached stability through experiencing the emptiness of mind itself through meditation. The same also appears in dreams, which is the attainment of the unchanging state. By continuing to cultivate this, in three years, the contaminated aggregates will disappear, and one will attain Buddhahood in the Sambhogakaya of non-substantial wisdom. Then, the signs of emptiness arising spontaneously, effortlessly liberating itself in its own place are: The actual signs are in the three aspects of body, speech, and mind. There is no attachment to the body, and one is not afraid of water. Good signs that were not there before appear on the body, and both oneself and others can see them. The speech speaks beneficial Dharma words without seeking the approval of others. In the mind, uncontaminated clairvoyance arises. In experience, one forgets the grasping of body, speech, and mind. Whatever appears, it naturally dissolves without grasping. One feels as if mountains and rocks have become completely transparent, but these are changing. The signs of being unchanging are: No matter what appears, there is no attachment, no rejection or acceptance. Liberating in non-grasping, without distinction between day and night, without needing to remember, the nature itself liberates into the non-duality of appearance and emptiness. This is the sign of conduct arising spontaneously, reaching stability in natural liberation. Completely cutting off the delusion of dreams is the attainment of the unchanging state. By continuing to cultivate this, in one year, the contaminated aggregates will disappear, and one will...

Unreservedly, it is becoming Buddha in Dharmakaya. From then on, the signs of bringing the spontaneously liberated and accomplished fruit to exhaustion are: From appearing as other-appearance, all appearances of the path, such as self-appearance signs and measurements, are exhausted. After that, the appearance called the exhaustion of Dharmata, the movement of appearance is exhausted, and there is no place for emptiness. In the meaning of non-duality of appearance and emptiness, there is no self-luminosity without separation or union, without clarity, dimming, change, or alteration. It cannot be made to exist, and it cannot be destroyed to be non-existent. The clarity and emptiness without clinging go nakedly. There is no increase or decrease of what can be done and what can be grasped, so it is called transcendence of signs. That Dharmakaya spontaneously accomplished is the same as guarding, and there is no other Buddha. Because the compassion of other appearances, the all-pervading wisdom and awareness appear unceasingly, the benefit of the Rupakaya arises effortlessly. In this way, if the inherent nature of things pervades all, and the self-born wisdom of the path is not put into signs and measurements, when will the fruit of spontaneous accomplishment arise? If the meaning is not understood, and the practice is delayed in leisure, and laziness comes on top of the practice, then this letter of signs and measurements is extremely precious. Without this, there is no difference from the common vehicle, etc., and it is an empty shell. With this, the fruit is quickly obtained, and both self and other benefits are accomplished. Vajrasattva blesses, Garab Dorje arises in the heart. Shri Singha takes care of it and entrusts it to me, Orgyen. May one with good fortune and karma meet this. Hide it from those with no fortune and wrong views. If there is a suitable vessel, then give the meaning lineage. There is a command to keep the example lineage secret. Emaho! This rare and wonderful supreme Dharma, the profound essence of mind treasure, is hidden in the belly of the Naga demons. The Black Protector, the Great Glorious Dakini, and the Dharma Protectors, the guardians of the teachings, and the fierce treasure lords, entrust to you, guard you, protect this command. ཨྠྀི(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! ས་མ་ཡ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning)! སརྦ་མངྒ་ལཾ།(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning: All auspiciousness)! ༄༅༔ The subsequent La-turning-back practice of Ati Chikchö Kundrol. Homage to the seat of self-awareness realization. The great secret essential instructions of the Great Perfection Ati Chikchö Kundrol, after establishing the nature of mind with the actual guidance of the key instructions, the subsequent key instructions are to thoroughly turn back that, there are four: First, for the superior person with diligence, the meaning that one has realized and the lama has pointed out, one's own mind appears as Dharmakaya.
