By practicing without losing the mind of bodhichitta, the body becomes light, the power of well-being increases, there are no white hairs or wrinkles, longevity is firm, the complexion is bright, and it is delightful. In particular, by practicing blissfully without attachment to the ultimate bodhichitta, one is liberated from suffering and desire, and bliss and emptiness arise continuously, thereby attaining Buddhahood. Samaya. Gya gya gya. ཨྠྀི (Tibetan), अथि (Sanskrit Devanagari), athi (Sanskrit Romanization), Thus it is. Emaho. Secondly, taking anger as the path: For someone with anger, the method of subduing anger: 1. Transforming anger into heat; 2. Grasping the blazing heat; 3. Dissolving what is grasped into its own place; 4. Dissolving into indivisible clarity and emptiness; 5. Indicating its meaning. First, transforming anger into heat: For the object of arising anger, such as an enemy, whatever arises, actually generate it; perform the thought and action of generating anger; cultivate compassion for the enemy of anger; cultivate oneself as the guru and yidam; thereby the body generates heat and gathers in the heart. Then, grasping the anger transformed into heat: That very wind-heat gathered in the heart, from the navel to the top of the secret place in one's empty body, think of the essence of compassionate heat, a red-black blazing རཾ་ (Tibetan), रं (Sanskrit Devanagari), ram (Sanskrit Romanization), fire. Inhale the upper wind from the nostrils, and pull the lower wind strongly from below; hold the two upper and lower winds together at the navel; sit in the lotus posture with legs crossed, hands in equipoise mudra below the navel, and gaze downwards; focus on the རཾ་ (Tibetan), रं (Sanskrit Devanagari), ram (Sanskrit Romanization), from which fire blazes, and think that the body, inside and out, is burning with fire; twist the waist left and right, and hold the wind as much as you can bear. By this, all anger and thoughts are pacified, all appearances are clear and without grasping, and the body goes buzzing with heat. Again, when the heat fades, repeat and grasp again and again. Then, dissolving the heat in its own place: When the wind cannot be endured, slowly release it with the word རཾ་ (Tibetan), रं (Sanskrit Devanagari), ram (Sanskrit Romanization), in the mouth; let the wind out naturally, and visualize the fire of the wind and mind merging into its own place, and the body turning into a ball of fire; without clinging to it, abide in the state of primordial purity, and anger dissolves into clarity and emptiness, into the nature of heat. Then, indicating the dissolution into indivisible clarity and emptiness: At this time when the wind dissolves in its own place, the body and speech are without the sting of discursive thoughts, and are clear in heat; the experience without thoughts dissolves into clarity and emptiness.

Oh! This is the method of liberating anger into clear light wisdom. Because ordinary people cling to anger, endless suffering of samsara arises. Here, by practicing anger without attachment, the warmth of anger's wisdom dawns as clear light, thereby attaining Buddhahood. The difference between clinging to and not clinging to samsara and nirvana is vast. Therefore, here too, it is important to practice within the state of ungrasping primordial purity. If visualization and practice are done arbitrarily, there will be many obstacles. Thus, by not abandoning anger but taking it as the path, the common qualities are that by controlling the winds, the body warms up, clothes are not needed, food is easily digested, the body becomes light and strong, miraculous powers will arise, one will be able to fly, and will not sink in water. In particular, by holding the wind-mind without attachment and without fixation, suffering and anger are naturally liberated, and everything that appears dawns as clear light warmth, thereby attaining Buddhahood. Samaya! Gya gya gya! ཨྠྀིཿ(Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari अथिति, Sanskrit Romanized athiti, Literal Chinese meaning: Thus). Emaho! The third is taking delusion as the path: For a deluded person, the nature of delusion, the method of purifying delusion has five aspects: inducing delusion into sleep, taking sleep as the nature of reality, establishing the nature of reality as clear light, liberating the nature of reality clear light into unborn, the benefit of taking delusion as the path. First, inducing delusion into sleep: When going to sleep, without engaging in thoughts of the three times, gather awareness into the space between the eyebrows and relax, delusion will descend like a thick fog into sleep. Then, taking delusion as the nature of reality: On a comfortable bed, place the body on the right side, with the upper body slightly elevated, and lie down together. The essence of the union of wind and mind, the thick darkness, visualize as a white ཨ་(Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari अ, Sanskrit Romanized a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) at the heart, and entrusting awareness to this, lie down to sleep, the awareness of the nature of reality will naturally abide single-pointedly without thoughts. Then, establishing the nature of reality as clear light: If awareness does not abide single-pointedly and goes into the confusion of dreams, then with ཨ་(Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari अ, Sanskrit Romanized a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), project the wind-mind into the sky and awaken from sleep, sit upright with the body, clasp the hands around the knees, without engaging in thoughts of the three times, sleep in a state of clear and bright awareness, past thoughts cease, and before the thoughts of dreams arise, clear light without thoughts will dawn, and in that state, one will go into equanimity. Then, the nature of reality
