Thinking with the sound of "ța", imagine going to search for the edge of the sky, and recite the mantra "Mama Koliṃ Samanta" in a loud voice for one night. After that, observe where the guide, the one who searches for the edge of the sky, resides. Like this, it is also said in the tantra: "Mama Koliṃ Samanta". Therefore, it is necessary to uproot samsara and not let the mind wander freely. Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Then, with the sound of a long Hūṃ, visualize your own awareness as the syllable Hūṃ, and let it go to observe what the four continents and subcontinents are doing, and recite for one night. By doing this, it is necessary to make the mind workable. Then, with a short Hūṃ, clap your hands outwards and inwards on your body, so that it becomes as if there is no body, and then leave it relaxed without adjustment. Therefore, it is necessary to know that speech is empty. Like this, it is also said in the tantra: "Mix the long Hūṃ and the short Hūṃ, inner and outer". Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Sometimes, utter the wrathful laughter "Haha". Sometimes, meditate on your own awareness as small as a strand of hair, and think of mountains, houses, stones, and trees, etc., as being wrapped with ropes as thick as a horse's tail, and recite a long A. Therefore, it is necessary to realize no-birth. In general, when training the body, abandon bodily activities; when training speech, abandon speech activities; cut off speaking. Like this, it is also said in the tantra: "One should recite the great wrathful laughter and the peaceful A". The benefits are: temporarily, one can purify the obscurations of speech; afterwards, one will not fall into the six realms; pacify the obstacles of speech; ultimately, become proficient in all Dharma doors; it is necessary to liberate speech into the Sambhogakaya. Like this, it is also said in the tantra: "The benefits are temporary and ultimate". Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Then, in order to distinguish the root of the mind, first make the dakinis and Dharma protectors happy with a tsok offering, arrange the body in the seven postures of Vairochana, set up a wooden stick or stone as a support in front, stop conceptual thoughts, and meditate for one night, and this thing called mind, which remembers what should not be remembered and remembers what should not be remembered, where did it come from? When will it disappear? What is its color, shape, and name? Did it arise from the outer world of environment and beings? Did it arise from the inner body? Did it arise from the union of parents? Let it go to see where it arose from.

The knowing of the observer is not established. The essence is naturally empty and clear. Relax and abide without finding where it comes from. Has something happened that is clear in the mind but cannot be expressed in words? Ask until that happens. When it happens, introduce the naked Dharmakaya. Thus, it is said in the Tantra: "Then search for the place of origin of the mind, and unite with the self-empty Dharmakaya." Gya Gya Gya (藏文,梵文天城體,梵文羅馬擬音,漢語Victory Victory Victory). Then, where does this "mind" reside? Where does it reside in the outer and inner world? Where does it reside in the head and tail of the body? Where does it reside in the largest part of the body? After careful examination, the thought that it resides here dissolves without support, naked, collapsing. Before the object of expression is found and the clarity is bright, let it meditate for one day. When it happens, introduce the Sambhogakaya. Thus, it is said in the Tantra: "Then search for the place of residence of the mind, and unite with the self-luminous Sambhogakaya." Gya Gya Gya (藏文,梵文天城體,梵文羅馬擬音,漢語Victory Victory Victory). Then, where does this "mind" ultimately go? Examine it carefully. The place of going is not found. Does it go? Does it come? Even the thought itself is not established. Like a bubble dissolving into water, it is self-liberated and naked, without support and clear, without trace and empty. Until this one has not happened, let it meditate. After that happens, unite with the Nirmanakaya, which is unobstructed, ungrasping, and without attachment, and abide. Thus, it is said in the Tantra: "Then search for the place of going of the mind, and introduce the unobstructed Nirmanakaya." At this time, cut off the root of the three places of origin, residence, and going, and place it on the bridge of the nose. Gya Gya Gya (藏文,梵文天城體,梵文羅馬擬音,漢語Victory Victory Victory). Then, which comes first, mind or awareness? Are they one or different? What is an example of one? What is an example of not one? Ask, and introduce the distinction between mind and awareness. Meditate on this for one day. Then, see which is more important, body or mind. For this, one day. Are appearances mind? Is mind emptiness? Are emptiness and awareness Dharmakaya? Ask these questions. By this, the Vipassana gains a firm foundation, and whatever arises is mixed into the essence of meditation. Gya Gya Gya (藏文,梵文天城體,梵文羅馬擬音,漢語Victory Victory Victory). Then, bestow the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge, and ripen the mind. Offer the Tsok offering to please the Dakinis. Then, the way of introduction is: to introduce Samatha and Vipassana without distinction. When the mind is relaxed and abiding without fabrication, like butter melting, like the ocean not stirred by the wind.
