The four boundaries are adorned with beautiful colors! The appearance of the five Buddhas, namely Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, and Amoghasiddhi, is a symbol that the five skandhas of consciousness, form, feeling, perception, and volition are purified in their respective places, and the five kayas and five wisdoms are spontaneously accomplished. The appearance of the five mothers is a symbol that the five elements are completely purified and that they benefit beings through five activities. The appearance of the male and female Bodhisattvas is a symbol that the objects and subjects of the eight aggregates of consciousness are completely purified. The six Thubpas are also a symbol that the six afflictions are completely purified and the six paramitas are perfected. The appearance of Kuntuzangpo and Kuntuzangmo as two is a symbol that primordial purity and spontaneous accomplishment are non-dual, and that skillful means and wisdom, appearance and emptiness, are completely pure. The four gatekeepers are also a symbol that they benefit beings with the four immeasurables. The appearance of the five round vases is a symbol that the primordial Dharmakaya, the great primordial purity, is without beginning or end, and dwells in the form of a youthful vase. The appearance of the five colors is also a symbol of possessing the five wisdoms. The complete adornment is a symbol of the peaceful and wrathful rays of light. The vajra in the middle is a symbol of unchanging self-awareness. The five necklaces are a symbol that the five afflictions are purified in the field of appearance. The five connected mantra threads are a symbol that compassion is all-pervasive. The white conch shell and the mirror are symbols that awareness is without impurity and that emptiness and clarity are unobstructed. The peacock umbrella is a symbol that the four lamps are clearly dissolved in the space. The four victory banners adorning the four corners are a symbol of making the Buddha's teachings indestructible. The four pennants adorning the four directions are a symbol of proclaiming the fame in the ten directions. The extensive arrangement of offerings and tormas is also a symbol that it is necessary to please the lama, yidam, and dakini. Furthermore, the differences in arrangement and ornamentation are also a symbol that the empowerment must be complete with the five perfections. The Vajra Master adorned with ornaments is also a symbol that great blessings naturally descend during the empowerment.

"Sa so." This means the deity is shown to the disciple with a golden spoon. These are the preliminary practices of the main part. Now for the actual empowerment. After the disciple offers the mandala, they recite three times, "Kun bzang yab yum yeshe wang, dag chag nam la bskur du gsol," then join their palms and prostrate. The disciples are placed on a lion throne built, drawn, or meditated upon in the east gate, and they are allowed to meditate on the deity struck by the flower. Taking the flower from the top of the mandala, it is placed on the head or left shoulder. The master says, "This flower that has struck, is your yidam deity from before. Always practice and accomplish it." Om Vajra Puspe Siti Satvam (藏文:ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་སི་ཏི་སཏྭཾ,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्रपुष्पे सिटि सत्त्वं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrapuṣpe siṭi sattvaṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,花,是,存在). Oh, because this is your yidam deity, always meditate on it and abide in the meaning of the generation and completion stages. The transmissions of the generation and completion stages of the five families that are needed are bestowed upon each disciple individually. This is the empowerment related to the deity that precedes the empowerment. Then, the five empowerments of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the five families are bestowed. First, the empowerment of the body: The disciples are to visualize themselves as white Vajrasattva, one face and two arms, adorned with silk and jewels. The right hand holds a five-pronged vajra pointing towards the heart, and the left hand holds a bell with a handle resting on the hip. On the lotus and moon disc on the crown of the head, visualize a white Om Light radiates from the heart of the lama, and the lama, buddhas, bodhisattvas, heroes, and dakinis appear like a dense cloud in the nature of Vajrasattva, and auspicious words are spoken. The disciple is to focus on the lama and Vajrasattva being inseparable and residing on the crown of their head. The lama takes the vase from the center, raises it, places it on the disciple's head, and recites with melody: Hum! The aggregates of form are completely pure, pacifying afflictions and anger, with wisdom like a mirror, bestow the empowerment of the glorious body. Om Vajra Abhisincha Hum (藏文:ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओँ वज्राभिषिञ्च हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajrābhiṣiñca hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡,金刚,灌顶,吽). After reciting, the vase water is allowed to be drunk and bathed in. Oh, son of the lineage, just by drinking this water and bathing, all the obscurations of the body are purified, and here you have received the empowerment of the body of all the buddhas. Your aggregate of form is vajra.
