Like a rainbow dissolving into the sky, rest evenly in a state of non-fixation. Thus, resting evenly in a state where the newly deceased emptiness and the primordial self-existing emptiness are inseparable is the yoga of the mind's clear light. Second, the main instruction is divided into three: the superior being liberated in this life, the intermediate being liberated in the bardo, and the inferior exhaling in the realm of the self-existing Sambhogakaya. The first is divided into three: the key to cutting off the root of the preliminary delusion, the key to the delusion of the main part being liberated in its own place, and the key to the subsequent delusion appearing as wisdom. The first is divided into four: physical training, verbal training, mental training, and the key to expanding on all of them. The first is: the body does not change, and should remain in the vajra posture. Thus, on a large cushion, one's own body is taken out naked, wearing the form of a lower garment, the soles of the feet are joined together, the two fingertips are placed on the ground, the two hands are clasped together and do not touch the crown of the head. The two hands and the head are like the three upward points of the vajra, the two feet and the hips are like the three downward points, the waist symbolizes the center of the vajra, and one visualizes oneself as a blue vajra, burning with flames and entangled with various lights. If the body cannot maintain the posture, it should remain in the place where it falls and be placed in a state of non-conceptualization. The second, verbal training, is: the speech does not speak, but appears as the self-sound of (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Thus, visualizing one's body as externally clear and internally clear, with light bindus, at the heart, visualizing a blue (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) as large as a thumb, completely cutting off ordinary speech, and slowly reciting (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the mouth in alternating sizes. Countless (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) emanate from the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart, and emerge from the right nostril, visualizing the residence, region, etc. filled with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum). Again, those (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) enter from the left nostril, enter the body, and visualize the inside of the body as full as a granary filled with grain, which is the stage of expansion. Also, from the (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart, many emanate with the nature of being hot and rough, the nature of being fast, the tip being sharp, and the power being strong, possessing four characteristics, one's own land and residence, etc.

of appearance. Then, visualize that the entire three-thousandfold world is filled with (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) and appears in a chaotic manner. This is to practice skills and to purify the clinging to reality in places and so on. Furthermore, the practice of speech and the distinction of speech are done simultaneously. The third is the practice of mind: the mind should not be distracted, and the three—arising, abiding, and going—should be determined. This means that for all the actions of the ordinary body, speech, and mind, one should examine which of the three—body, speech, and mind—is the most important. The body is inanimate, and speech is the state of following and moving with both body and mind. It is the mind that ascends to liberation from suffering and descends to wander in samsara. Moreover, for the mind, one should also examine where it initially arises, where it abides in the middle, where it ultimately goes, shapes such as round or square, colors such as white or yellow, and how one or many are established. Initially, it is the emptiness of the cause of arising; in the middle, it is the emptiness of the nature of abiding; and ultimately, it is the emptiness of the result of cessation. Shapes, colors, one or many, etc., one should determine that it has transcended all the limits of elaboration, thoroughly decide on awareness, and establish it as rootless and baseless. This is the key to destroying the house of the mind, the sequence of finding the mind's weak points. Fourth, the key to enhancing all of this is: All of this arises from the Dharmadhatu, sends back to the Dharmadhatu, and does not move from the Dharmadhatu. This is the key. Just as clouds initially arise from the sky, abide in the middle, and ultimately dissolve into the sky, all the actions of body, speech, and mind arise from the state of that awareness, do not move from the nature of awareness in the middle, and ultimately dissolve into awareness. The key is to merely not let one's own mind, the nature of awareness-emptiness, the essence of clear-empty awareness, be disturbed by thoughts. Second, the main practice, the key to the liberation of confusion in its own place, is: This has four points. The body does not change; take the foundation with the steadfastness of a mountain king. Speech does not speak; entrust the steadfastness of an ocean king to silence. The mind is not distracted; recite with the steadfastness of awareness. Recognizing all of this, perfecting skills, and gaining stability is the key. This means that the view is like the steadfastness of a mountain king, the uncreated nature of awareness is immovable like a mountain king. Meditation is like the steadfastness of an ocean king, in that
