烧毁并净化障碍。充满顶轮。通过烧毁并净化醒觉状态和嗔恨傲慢的障碍，内外无别，观想成为清澈透明的光蕴大宝，薄伽梵金刚萨埵的三密与自己的三门无二无别。如果念诵并清晰观想：啊，我自身平凡身体的中央，具有三脉四轮，清澈透明光明的自性中，下端位于脐下四指处，上师具德金刚萨埵，红色明亮，一面二臂，手持金刚铃，具有报身装束，欢喜于自光明智慧母的安乐，以金刚莲花跏趺坐，于莲花月亮座垫之上，安住于清净五光的境界中。对上师金刚萨埵，以不退转的恭敬祈祷。祈请加持我的一切罪障、业障和过失，得以清净。从一心祈祷中，智慧之火燃烧，遍布脉轮，三门平等，一切罪障，被烧毁净化，自身成为光蕴之身，与金刚萨埵的三密，无别，自然显现。如此念诵并思维，尽力念诵百字明。念诵和禅修越多越好，至少也要念诵百万次。在座末，也要念诵鲁札的忏悔文，观想能观者和所观者，从原始以来就在本净、平等大性的状态中平等安住，这是所有忏悔中最殊胜的。正直安住，如实观看，这就是忏悔之王。如是说。第四，积聚生起证悟的顺缘资粮，积累资粮的方法有共同和不共同的很多种。此处依靠内在瑜伽的特殊方法，也就是像之前一样，自身观为本来的本尊，或者通常观想为金刚萨埵，身体内的三脉四轮，如前所述，脐下是金刚萨埵父母，中脉上方是白色倒立的吽（ཧྃ，hūṃ，种子字），顶轮是上师身金刚父母白色，喉轮是语金刚父母红色，心轮是意金刚父母蓝色， 脐轮是智慧金刚父母黄色，手持金刚铃，各自的脉瓣

Burn and purify the obscurations. Fill the crown chakra. By burning and purifying the obscurations of the state of awakening and anger and pride, without inner or outer, visualize becoming a clear and transparent great mass of light, the three secrets of the Bhagavan Vajrasattva inseparable from your own three doors. If you recite and clearly visualize: Ah, in the center of my own ordinary body, with the three channels and four chakras, in the nature of clear and transparent light, the lower end is four fingers below the navel, the Guru Glorious Vajrasattva, red and bright, one face and two arms, holding a vajra and bell, with the attire of the enjoyment body, delighted by the bliss of his own light wisdom consort, in the vajra lotus posture, upon a lotus and moon seat, dwells in the realm of pure five lights. To the Guru Vajrasattva, I pray with unwavering reverence. Please bless that all my sins, obscurations, and transgressions may be purified. From praying with one-pointedness, the fire of wisdom blazes, pervading the channels and chakras, the three doors are equal, all sins and obscurations, are burned and purified, my own body becomes a body of light, inseparable from the three secrets of Vajrasattva, naturally arising. Recite and contemplate in this way, reciting the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. The more you recite and meditate, the better, but at least you should definitely recite about a million times. At the end of the session, also recite the confession of Rudra, and contemplate that both the object of meditation and the meditator are equally abiding in the state of primordial purity, great equality, which is the most supreme of all confessions. Abide uprightly and look correctly, that is the king of confession. Thus it is said. Fourth, accumulating the favorable conditions for generating experience and realization is accumulating the accumulations. There are many common and uncommon methods of accumulating accumulations. Here, rely on the special method of inner yoga, that is, as before, visualize your own body as the original deity, or usually visualize as Vajrasattva, the three channels and four chakras within the body, as mentioned before, below the navel are the Vajrasattva parents, above the central channel is the white upside-down Hūṃ (ཧྃ，hūṃ，seed syllable), the crown chakra is the Guru Body Vajra parents white, the throat chakra is the Speech Vajra parents red, the heart chakra is the Mind Vajra parents blue, the navel chakra is the Wisdom Vajra parents yellow, holding a vajra and bell, each with their own channel petals
