Of the person. The mind's distractions naturally cease. Thus it is said. From that state, with the key points of the door, the three ways of looking, the appearance of the Dharmadhatu's awareness should be placed firmly. That is to say, in all ways of looking, the eyeballs do not move and the eyelids do not blink. Do not tighten too much with effort, relaxing the posture of looking is the key. The Dharmakaya's way of looking is to turn the eyeballs upwards, in the manner of looking at the crown of the head, looking at the space between the eyebrows, thus the Dharmadhatu's awareness increases greatly. The Sambhogakaya's way of looking is like an archer straightening an arrow shaft, looking at the space directly in front with the corner of the eye, thus the appearance of wisdom is seen. The Nirmanakaya's way of looking is to look slightly downwards, like a practitioner meditating, looking slightly at the space, thus the lamp of the aura is seen. In this way, the three ways of looking are connected with their respective postures, so that no matter how much the senses look at objects, they can remain stable, and will appear as pure lands. Third, the key point of focus is: without letting the mind wander, inject the light of awareness into the gaps of the vajra chain. This means that the mind does not wander to external objects, internally there is no clinging to thoughts, in the state of Trekchö original purity, without wavering, in a state of non-distraction. Rely on the clear sky without clouds or mist. In order to easily manifest luminosity, face east in the morning and west in the evening, slightly lower than the center of the sun by a foot, slightly merging the eyes and awareness with the external object and looking. In the realm of Dharmadhatu appearance, inject and merge all illusions of external objects and inner mind into the spontaneously accomplished luminosity's gaps where the light of awareness appears like a vajra chain. The tantra says: The way of looking at Dharmadhatu and awareness is to look at the unobstructed space. Within the Dharmadhatu, like a vajra chain. Maintain equality, do not separate. Like this, the person who does it. With the primordial Samantabhadra. Has the same merit. Thus it is said. The above-mentioned placing firmly and the here-mentioned injecting are the same meaning, which refers to focusing single-mindedly on the non-duality of external objects and awareness. If there is ice and snow in the field of vision, it will harm the eyes, so it must be avoided. First start from a distance, gradually shortening the distance. Posture and way of looking.

Furthermore, one should sequentially prioritize the three periods of morning, noon, and afternoon. Usually, the posture of the emanation body itself should be simple. After becoming somewhat accustomed, when the emptiness appearance of rainbows and bindus clearly appears, if the mind follows their wavering, it will not become stable. Therefore, it is key not to move from the initial point of view and awareness. Sometimes, if the appearance is unclear or wanders off in other directions, do not abruptly follow it, but guide it with a slow gaze, and it will appear as before. The fourth point is: it is key to equally combine all of that with emptiness and awareness being inseparable. That is to say, all the key points related to the three doors, in general, are to equally combine the practice of the four sessions, and not to move from that until stability is attained; internally, emptiness, primordial purity, and awareness, luminosity, are three parts separate from four, originally inseparable, and are equally combined without distinguishing them with grasping and grasper; secretly, within the emptiness appearance of rainbows and bindus, for those whose awareness, the vajra chain, is unclear and wavering, without disturbing it with conceptual thought, merely by not being distracted from the self-nature of the viewing awareness, focusing single-pointedly on the fine rainbow threads between the eyebrows, it will become clearer and clearer and more stable. Sending all the appearance experiences and sensory experiences of the four appearances to exhaustion, it is extremely important to equally combine them with the primordial great bindu. In general, at all times when practicing in this way, do not make artificial modifications, but by looking at the self-nature of emptiness and awareness, the external appearances will not cease, the internal clinging will not be disturbed, and from the self-nature of the inexpressible, free from elaboration, grasping, the object and subject will be indistinguishably merged. When the luminosity appearance bursts forth from between the eyebrows, appearing without inner and outer, and without clarity and obscurity, the tantra says: "Four fingers from the upper eyebrow, the person who bursts forth is fortunate, how could he possibly fall into samsara?" Secondly, there are two meanings that extend from that: the way the four appearances manifest, and the instructions on the final support. There are also four aspects to the first: First, the appearance of the manifestation of reality itself: By binding the key points of the door, object, wind, and consciousness, the external sky is empty, opening the space for appearance, and the inner emptiness, the pure lamp, in the splendor like the iridescent colors of a peacock's tail, the bindu empty
