Remaining inseparable from self-liberation is to embellish upon liberation itself, which establishes the fruition. Fourth, the manner in which the signs of fruition arise: At that time, the signs of the wind-mind being seized also arise effortlessly, and because the clear light of superior seeing is accomplished, one abides in peace. Thus, when diligently practicing one-pointedness with the three postures, as a sign of the wind-mind entering the central channel, various appearances and experiences, as well as diverse cognitive experiences, also arise spontaneously without effort. Gradually, as familiarity and stability are attained, the self-originated, primordial Dharmakaya's nature, the clear light of awareness, the superior seeing free from all defilements, the non-conceptual wisdom, is easily accomplished. In the nature of the Dharmata's expanse, the proliferation of phenomenal characteristics is pacified, and one draws near to abiding in peace as the master of Samsara and Nirvana. Fourth, the key to embellishing everything: Recognizing all of that, perfecting the skill, and attaining stability is the key. As it is said, in general, whatever posture one is in, even the thought of "I should do this" should be trained in a state of recognition, which is the perfection of skill without the need for effort. Ultimately, one must become familiar and accustomed to it, transforming it into a foundation and attaining stability. In particular, during all those practices, countless proliferations of conceptual thoughts related to the three doors will arise. When they arise, one should not prevent them with the thought that it would be better if they did not arise. One should not transform bad thoughts into good ones, nor should one engage in such artificiality. If thoughts do not arise, one should not intentionally cause them to arise. Even if good, bad, or neutral thoughts suddenly arise, one should immediately seize them with mindfulness and recognize them. As soon as one recognizes them, one should not strike them violently with an antidote, but allow them to perfect their skill. As soon as they are perfected, one should not let them run wild, but release the thoughts into their own nature, the Dharmata, and transport them into the great expanse of self-liberation. Initially, thoughts are liberated without inherent existence, like a child looking at a temple. In the middle, thoughts are liberated without the need for an antidote, like a snake knot unraveling in the sky. Finally, thoughts are liberated without benefit or harm, like a thief entering an empty house. To embellish a stable foundation upon this and attain stability is the essence of the key.

The instructions after Marpa are: Afterwards, the key to the spontaneous arising of illusion as wisdom is taught by this. There are two aspects to this: the main meaning and the related meaning. The first has four aspects: posture, way of looking, key point of focus, and the key to elaborating on all of these. The first is: The body does not move, and the foundation is established with three postures. This means that, having gained stability in the view and practice of Trekchö, it is very important to control the key points of the senses, objects, wind, and awareness in order to practice the spontaneously accomplished Tögal path. Therefore, without moving even slightly due to body movements, etc., one must always abide in the three postures as the basis for the arising of wisdom. As it is said in the Tantra of the Single Son of the Buddha: In order to directly see the meaning, body, speech, and mind should be thoroughly subdued. The body is like a lion, like a sage, and like an elephant. If you do not move from these, you will have the same fortune as three thousand Buddhas. Thus, the benefits are explained. First, the posture of the Dharmakaya Lion is: the soles of the feet are joined together, the knees are spread outwards, the thumbs of the hands press down on the base of the little fingers, holding the vajra fist, placed on the ground next to the heels, the forearms are straightened, the upper body is straightened, the shoulders are pulled upwards, the neck is slightly tilted upwards, and the tongue is slightly curled upwards. Second, the posture of the Sambhogakaya Elephant is: lying face down, knees and chest touching the ground, elbows planted on the ground, palms supporting the cheekbones, fingers touching the cheeks, spine straightened, head slightly tilted upwards. Third, the posture of the Nirmanakaya Sage is: the ankles of the feet are aligned, squatting. The hands are placed on the knees, the spine is straightened, and the head is facing straight ahead. These three postures cause the elements to settle in their own place, control the moving winds, generate warmth, balance the four elements, and ultimately liberate into the three kayas. Second, the way of looking is: without speaking, focus on the Alaya with three ways of looking. This means that without speaking even a little with the mouth, rely on slow breath, keep the lips slightly apart, exhale from the mouth, and slightly inhale, practice this. As mentioned earlier: Speech is like a mute, do not make any gestures to anyone. Like this, who did
