སྐྱལ་ལོ།（音译）如果左手没有了，就把毒液的渣滓、黑虎花的牙齿、杂色母猪的牙齿、黑狗的牙齿三个放进去，然后在上面填满用自己的尿液混合的糌粑，扔到河里。如果右脚膝盖以下没有了，就在太阳落山的傍晚，烧与自己年龄相同的桑树或者椴树、红杉的火，就可以遣除。如果左脚没有了，就在白色的地上做一个装满的朵玛船，在它的中心放一个四指长的黑虎皮，刻上自己年龄的卦象。在空旷的河滩上，在黎明时分天空出现鱼白色时送走。如果右边的头没有了，就把九种不吉祥的土和黑色树的果实混合起来，做一个黑色的嘎乌，在里面放入自己的头发和衣服碎片等，刻在十二生肖的牌子上，用它封口，如果在上面找到与自己年龄相同的不同种类的荆棘最好，即使找不到，也把找到的都放进去，在半夜时分，穿上自己的黑色衣服，送到墓地。如果左边的头没有了，就用二十五种谷物做成糌粑，在它的中心放入人、马、狗三种动物的骨头，用自己的旧衣服包裹起来，在十一日的晚上，傍晚时分交给另一个人，在南面八十步远的地方挖个坑埋起来，那个人用自己的名字哭喊三声后埋起来就可以遣除。如果脖子以上没有了，就在火神的地方，做与年龄相同的带刺的护摩，依次焚烧，每一个都念诵与年龄相同的火之精华（藏文：མེའི་སྙིང་པོ།，梵文天城体：अग्नि सार，梵文罗马拟音：Agni Sāra，汉语字面意思：火之精华）并焚烧。如果连脖子一起被砍掉了，就用焚烧自己尸体的木炭涂黑，把头发绑在头顶上，在一张四指宽的纸上写上自己的年龄和年份的名字，在四个方向写上四大元素（地水火风）的精华，挂在自己的鼻子上，在初九的半夜，向四个方向跑，嘴里不停地说着“拿走年份，拿走年份”，然后把那张纸埋在墓地里。如果那个尸体的上半身没有了，就点燃木柴，烧掉十二生肖的名牌就可以了。如果没有下半身，就去墓地寻找骨头。

If the right leg is missing below the knee, burn as many sandalwood, elm, or redwood fires as your age at sunset to avert it. If the left leg is missing, make a full offering boat on white ground, and in its heart place a four-finger-long black tiger skin, and engrave the trigram of your age on it. Take it to an empty riverbed and send it away at dawn when the sky turns fish-white. If the right head is missing, mix nine kinds of inauspicious earth and the fruits of black trees, make a black gau, put your hair and pieces of clothing inside, and insert it into a twelve-year zodiac sign. If you can find as many different kinds of thorns as your age on top of the sealed mouth, it is best. Even if you can't find it, put in as much as you can find, and at midnight, wear your black clothes and send it to the cemetery. If the left head is missing, make tsampa with twenty-five kinds of grains, put the bones of three animals, human, horse, and dog, in its heart, wrap it in your old clothes, and on the night of the eleventh, at dusk, give it to another person. If the neck and all are cut off, smear yourself with the charcoal from burning your own corpse, tie your hair on the top of your head, write your age and the name of the year on a four-finger-wide piece of paper, write the essence of the four elements in the four directions, hang it on your nose, and run in the four directions at midnight on the ninth, constantly saying "Take away the year, take away the year," and then bury that paper in the cemetery. If the upper body of that corpse is missing, burn the nameplate of the twelve zodiac signs with wood fire. If there is no lower body, go to the cemetery and look for bones.
