Practice on the color of wind, practice on the shape, practice on the movement, and practice on the number. Among them, first, in a secluded place, put aside external and internal affairs, sit in the vajra posture on a comfortable seat, place your hands together, straighten your spine, slightly bend your neck, and at the space between your eyebrows, visualize a white bindu, the size of a mustard seed, where all winds converge. Focus and meditate on one white, shimmering bindu. Then, practice on this, visualizing that your head is also the same color as it. Then, just visualize the body. Then, visualize the surrounding vicinity. Then, in the three thousand worlds, visualize white brightness like the color of wind, and dwell with awareness. By dwelling again and again on the white brightness, the signs are a light body, a sharp mind, and a settled mind. For the shape, visualize a round bindu, the size of a pea or a thumb, focus on it and meditate. When the wind goes out, the bindu also goes far away. When it gathers inward, the bindu also comes brightly, and dwell with awareness. Practice for ten days or half a month, the measure of habituation is when the eyebrows feel hot or uncomfortable, this is the measure. Once you are accustomed to this, visualize a skull, white on the outside and red on the inside, directly above the navel. Inside it, visualize a blue wind vajra, the size of a bean. When the upper wind goes out, visualize it going far away quickly, and meditate with awareness. When it gathers inward, meditate with awareness. Visualize it going out, getting closer and closer. Focus on it going out and coming in, and meditate on the wind for a long time. When it stays where you focus for a short distance, a short distance, the measure is to let go inside, and the mind dwells on it, the body is light, you don't feel the breath flowing in and out, and the mind dwells clearly in the clear light emptiness. Practice diligently to release the wind of movement as far as possible, focusing on comfort. By practicing how long it goes out and comes in, you can release it where you draw the wind. For the number, practice one or two like this, then practice more and more, and you will be able to stay in meditation for many days. oṃ āḥ hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओम् आः हुम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡啊吽). Those with attachment rely on an actual consort, cultivate bliss, and cultivate the bliss of wind and mind. For the consort, first find a mudra mother, then examine the signs and invite her, and create her delight.
