karma raṃ raṃ jvāla raṃ raṃ hūṃ phaṭ. By reciting this one hundred million times, one will achieve accomplishment. Alternatively, visualize oneself as Vajrasattva, and in the white palace of the mind, visualize the three places of the peaceful and wrathful deities, within the white, red, and blue bindus, visualize and count Oṃ, Āḥ, and Hūṃ. Practice the recitation and observe the bindus. Or, visualize the peaceful and wrathful deities of Vajrasattva clearly, and in the state of sound and emptiness, recite this secret mantra: Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā. Vajrakrodha Mahāśrī Heruka Krodheśvarī Heruka Sarva Hūṃ Phaṭ. Śāntiṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā. Puṣṭiṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā. Pāśaṃ Kuru Ye Svāhā. Māraya Phaṭ. Add the desired ending as you wish, and any activity will be accomplished. At times, in a precious and excellent vessel, arrange an abundant torma, offerings, food, and drink. Sprinkle with holy water and amrita. Bless them with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Offer them to the guru, the Buddhas of the three times, and the assembly of peaceful and wrathful yidams. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Guru Buddha Śāntiṃ Krodha Sarva Balinta Gaṇacakra Pūja Ho. Oṃ. The essence of the body is without limit. The nature of the body is clear and pure. The compassion of the body pervades all. I praise the body of the peaceful and wrathful deities. Āḥ. The essence of speech is beyond expression. The nature of speech is sound and emptiness. The compassion of speech is clear in letters. I praise the speech of the peaceful and wrathful deities. Hūṃ. The essence of mind is pure from the beginning. The nature of mind is beyond thought and expression. The compassion of mind cherishes all. I praise the mind of the peaceful and wrathful deities. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Oṃ. By the activity of the body of all Buddhas, may beings in the desire realm be liberated into great bliss, and may the anger of sentient beings be destroyed. Āḥ. By the activity of the speech of all Buddhas, may beings in the form realm be liberated into the five wisdoms, and may the attachment of sentient beings be destroyed. Hūṃ. By the activity of the mind of all Buddhas, may beings in the formless realm be liberated into the great primordial purity, and may the ignorance of sentient beings be destroyed. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Svāhā. Vajrakrodha Mahāśrī Heruka Krodheśvarī Heruka Sarva Hūṃ Phaṭ. By diligently practicing the tsok and torma in this way, one will attain both supreme and common siddhis. Visualize oneself as the peaceful and wrathful deity of Vajrasattva, and from the clear body, five rays of light emanate, filling one's own body, dispelling sickness, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations.

一切善！通达五种智慧之义后，自观身为巨大光蕴，又触及外在器情诸法，观想为法界明点光蕴之状态，光蕴收摄融入自身，自身融入忿怒本尊，忿怒本尊众融入寂静，寂静本尊眷属融入母尊，母尊亦融入主尊，主尊融入心间命字吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽），吽字融入明点那达，那达即是法性空性之状态，安住于无有边际之明空，于显空之中赤裸坦然，之后作回向与发愿，胜者寂怒诸尊之，甚深修法之究竟，如我拜玛穆扎者，摄集诸续部之义后，为利有情而书写，愿以此善诸有情，皆与寂怒胜者无别！名为身三金刚寂怒修法，喀且班智达拜玛穆扎所造完毕。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！班钦拜玛穆扎赐予自在法王父子与，我娘班，书写成文后埋藏为伏藏。愿后世具缘业者得遇！交付誓言护法夏仲波，守护之，卡汤！(ང) 嗡！大圆满

All good! Having understood the meaning of the five wisdoms, visualize your own body as a great mass of light. Then touch all external vessels and essences. Contemplate the state of the sphere of reality, bindu, and mass of light. The mass of light gathers back and dissolves into oneself. Oneself dissolves into the wrathful deity. The assembly of wrathful deities dissolves into peace. The peaceful deity retinue dissolves into the Mother. The Mother also dissolves into the main deity. The main deity dissolves into the heart essence Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉字字面意思：吽). The Hūṃ also dissolves into the bindu and nāda. The nāda is the state of emptiness of reality. Rest in clear emptiness, without beginning or end. In the midst of appearance and emptiness, be naked and bare. Afterwards, dedicate the merit and make aspirations. The ultimate profound method of accomplishment of the peaceful and wrathful deities of the Victorious Ones, I, Pema Mudra, having gathered the meaning of all the tantras, wrote it down for the benefit of beings. May all beings, through this virtue, become inseparable from the peaceful and wrathful Victorious Ones! The practice of the peaceful and wrathful deities, called the Three Kayas Buddha, composed by the Kashmiri Pandit Pema Mudra, is complete. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! The great master Pema Mudra gave it to the sovereign Dharma King, father and son, and I, Nyangben, wrote it down and buried it as a treasure. May it meet with a fortunate and karmically connected one in the future! Entrust this command to the oath-bound protector Shawönpo. Protect it, Khatam! (ང) Oṃ! The Great Perfection
