Having tightly closed the door below the field, contemplate that the wind and the entire body are like mist. When exhaling, the wind and mind become empty and clear as if merging with the sky, and then mix with non-discrimination and meditate. The signs of mastery are not feeling the existence of the body, the elements arising where the wind is guided, not having thoughts of food and clothing, and the movement of thoughts ceasing naturally. These are the methods for learning wind yoga. Although its branches are numerous, the work is finished. This is the third section showing the stages of instruction for learning wind. Having thus mastered wind, learning about bindu is divided into two. For those with desire, practicing the bliss of union of father and mother is explained with fifteen vows, which are not written here because they are clarified in the Pra Instruction. For those without desire, the method of meditating on the bliss of wind and mind within oneself is: the body posture is the same as before, the object of focus is: contemplating one's own body as empty, in the fully arranged place at the crown of the head, contemplate a bindu lamp of emptiness, white and oily, about the size of a pea. Perform the kumbhaka of wind as before, the bindu appears flickering like a small pea, and when it reaches the throat, the body feels blissful, place the mind there. Then when it reaches the heart, the bliss increases even more. Then when it reaches the navel, the bliss increases even more. When it reaches the secret place, the bliss increases to the extreme, place awareness there, the body goes into bliss-emptiness, if you feel the bliss increasing and becoming unbearable, then reverse it upwards and dissolve it, placing awareness at the crown of the head. Another method is, as before, contemplate the red "Ha" at the navel, the bindu descends like a small pea, dissolving one into the other, dissolving into the "Ha". Then feel the bliss, the bindu and the "Ha" together become smaller and smaller, thinner and thinner, disappearing into emptiness, and place it in non-discrimination. Thus, the entire body goes into bliss-emptiness, the awareness abides in one-pointedness, mastering wind and bindu, when awareness manifests, there is no difficulty in purifying the elements, cutting off attachment to food and clothing, and it is extremely important for gaining autonomy over the awareness that grasps at characteristics. In short, relying on all forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile objects, it is very important to gain autonomy over the mind, this is said in all sutras and tantras, especially

In this time of abundant thoughts, within this Great Perfection of self-nature, countless stages of meditation have been taught. Those with karma, who have practiced in the past, who have gained control over their minds, for them, these have already been done, so the stages described here are not necessary. The instruction on training Thigle is the fourth section. Next, the key to purifying the five elements in their own places in the order of cutting off elaboration is: In the great tantra of the exhaustion of the four elements, in the sky, the awareness that exhausts the basis of delusion, let it run wild. In the mansion of great variety and pervasiveness, with the iron hook of the exhaustion of grasping memory, from the heart of clarity without top or bottom, grasp it in a way that exhausts thought without distraction. Thus, the meaning of the five elements is practiced in the unborn state. Therefore, after mastering the upper air and Thigle, the five elements are exhausted. First, the body posture is as before. The object of focus is to visualize one's own heart as a blue "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) filled with color. All the activities of air and mind are absorbed into that "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). Thus, abide in the intention of all the Tathagatas, all dharmas are free from elaboration. The essence of awareness is practiced in the nature of "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). By this, there is no conceptualization, and everything is like the sky. At this time, the lion of the mind is the name of thought, and the son of the mind is collected in the object "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), so one should not be distracted with one mind. This is to purify the sky. Second, at the crown of the head, or in the sky in front, directly in front of the tip of the nose, focus awareness on the dark green "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ), and absorb all the movements of air and thought into it, and meditate on non-conceptualization. The daughter of the sky is the one who is combined with the activity of air, and the son of the sky is the aspect of means, the "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hūṃ) that is meditated on as the object, that is what is grasped. By this, the element of air is purified. Third, again at the tip of the nose or in the heart, focus the mind on the white "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A), and send all awareness and air back to their own place, stopping the movement of breath in and out and abiding. The lasso of air refers to the grasping of the object of awareness, and meditating on the triple "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A) that grasps it is the iron hook, so water is purified. Fourth, again in the sky of the throat, focus awareness on the red "A" (Tibetan: ཨ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Literal Chinese meaning: A). The object that grasps it, feelings, etc.
