解脱，以此灌顶之印记，依止五大之道。愿与金刚之义不分离，如是安住于真实之地，通达一切密咒之意。嗡 班匝 旃扎 萨瓦 哈萨纳 吽。（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་སརྦ་ཧ་ས་ན་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajracāṇḍa sarvahasana hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，暴怒，一切，笑，吽）各自呼唤秘密之名，吽。何为业部之秘密名？菩萨业部诸尊，赐予此具缘者灌顶。吽。何为宝生部之秘密名？菩萨宝生部诸尊，赐予此具缘者灌顶。吽。何为莲花部之秘密名？ 菩萨莲花部诸尊，赐予此具缘者灌顶。吽。何为金刚部之秘密名？菩萨金刚部诸尊，赐予此具缘者灌顶。吽。何为如来部之秘密名？菩萨如来部诸尊，赐予此具缘者灌顶。吽。如是等等一切善逝之，何为殊胜秘密名？赐予此具缘者灌顶。嗡 班匝 惹那 贝玛 嘎玛 布达 萨埵。（藏文：ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ རཏྣ་ པདྨ་ ཀརྨ་ བུདྡྷ་ སཏྭཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra ratna padma karma buddha sattvaṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚，宝，莲花，业，佛，萨埵）如是灌顶。如是依于词义而观修灌顶，将获得大成就。亦应说吉祥之语。༈。之后，赐予珍贵之长寿灌顶，于共同坛城之中，在所绘坛城中央，置放颈部系有红白三色绸缎，盛满谷物之宝瓶，安坐于谷物座垫之上，陈设米饭、肉、酥油、红糖等各种美味食物。宝瓶之上，以长寿穗及美味食物装饰，箭杆上装饰羽毛、各色绸缎及镜子，系上三股红色护身绳，以无名指持之。坛城四方，以箭、刀等装饰品庄严。之后，于自身稳固安住于大自在之三摩地中，观想从明亮的种子字“仲”（藏文：ནྲྀ།）放射光明，无数佛菩萨化为光团融入坛城之物中。念诵种子字“阿”（藏文：ཨཱེཿ）。之后进行灌顶：观想自身显现为大自在天，弟子显现为无量寿佛，从九个白色“阿”（藏文：ཨཱཿ）字放射光明。“阿阿”（藏文：ཨཱཿཨ་）之声中，放射出无数红色光芒。

Liberation, with this empowerment's seal, rely on the five great paths. May you never be separated from the meaning of the Vajra, may you abide in the true ground, and may you realize the intention of all secret mantras. Oṃ Vajracāṇḍa Sarvahasana Hūṃ. (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ཙཎྜ་སརྦ་ཧ་ས་ན་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体：,梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajracāṇḍa sarvahasana hūṃ, 汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Wrathful, All, Laugh, Hum) Invoke each secret name individually, Hūṃ. What is the secret name of the Karma family? May the Bodhisattvas of the Karma family bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one. Hūṃ. What is the secret name of the Ratna family? May the Bodhisattvas of the Ratna family bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one. Hūṃ. What is the secret name of the Padma family? May the Bodhisattvas of the Padma family bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one. Hūṃ. What is the secret name of the Vajra family? May the Bodhisattvas of the Vajra family bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one. Hūṃ. What is the secret name of the Tathāgata family? May the Bodhisattvas of the Tathāgata family bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one. Hūṃ. And so forth, what is the sacred secret name of all the Sugatas? May they bestow empowerment upon this fortunate one. Oṃ Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Buddha Sattvaṃ. (藏文：ཨཱོྃ་བཛྲ་ རཏྣ་ པདྨ་ ཀརྨ་ བུདྡྷ་ སཏྭཾ།,梵文天城体：,梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra ratna padma karma buddha sattvaṃ, 汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Jewel, Lotus, Action, Buddha, Sattva) Thus empower. By meditating and empowering in accordance with these words, great accomplishment will be attained. Auspicious words should also be spoken. ༈ Then, to bestow the precious longevity empowerment: In the center of the mandala drawn according to the common mandala tradition, place a vase filled with red, white, and three-colored silks around its neck, seated on a cushion of grains, and arrange various delicious foods such as rice, meat, butter, and molasses. On top of the vase, decorate with a flourishing longevity stalk and delicious foods. Adorn the arrow shaft with feathers, various silks, and a mirror. Tie a triple red protection cord and hold it with the ring finger. Adorn the mandala's cardinal directions with arrows, knives, and other ornaments. Then, from the state of stable samadhi of the great self-mastery, visualize light radiating from the luminous syllable Nṛ (藏文：ནྲྀ།). Countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas dissolve into the substances of the mandala as a mass of light. Recite the syllable Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱེཿ) as japa. Then, for the empowerment: Visualize yourself as the great master and the disciple as Amitāyus, light radiating from nine white Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ) syllables. From the sound of Āḥ A (藏文：ཨཱཿཨ་), countless red rays of light radiate.
