对于那些（有情）来说，它们自然存在。那些不认识它们的人，跟随成为生命的四种风之后，不认识蓝色光芒为智慧的光彩，错误地认为那是愚痴的畜生；不认识白色光芒为智慧的光彩，错误地认为那是嗔恨的地狱；不认识黄色光芒为智慧的光彩，错误地认为那是傲慢的人；不认识红色光芒为智慧的光彩，错误地认为那是贪欲的饿鬼；不认识绿色光芒为智慧的光彩，错误地认为那是嫉妒的阿修罗；不认识各种光芒为智慧的光彩，错误地认为那是愤怒的天神。现在，通过修持上师的教导，解脱的方式如下：认识蓝色光芒为智慧的光彩，愚痴显现为法界智，畜生的征兆自然消退；认识白色光芒为智慧的光彩，嗔恨显现为明镜智，地狱的征兆自然消退；认识黄色光芒为智慧的光彩，傲慢显现为平等性智，人的征兆自然消退；认识红色光芒为智慧的光彩，贪欲显现为妙观察智，饿鬼的征兆自然清净；认识绿色光芒为智慧的光彩，嫉妒显现为成所作智，阿修罗的征兆自然清净；认识各种光芒为智慧的光彩，愤怒显现为法界智，天神的征兆自然清净。现在，迁转道路的明灯是：从心轮（藏文：ཙིཏྟ，梵文：citta，梵文罗马拟音：citta，汉语字面意思：心）内部，像粗糙管子的孔一样，一个进入喉咙的空腔内的脉络，从脑髓空壳的底部到达（藏文：ཙང་ཕུག་，汉语字面意思：藏普）处。从那个脉络中，既没有气也没有血向上流动。在那里面，如同缠绕的彩线一样，一个空明觉性的智慧自光，清晰而透明地移动。那是智慧的显现。现在，远射之水的明灯是：如同月亮位于天空的中心，光芒显现在大海中一样，在这里，通过介绍空性秘密智慧，法性安住在光明中，那也像是大海光芒的明灯一样，一切光明都显现在眼中。现在，天空光芒的明灯是：在无有物质和觉性的时刻，在中阴的显现中，无论声音、光芒、光线三种显现如何出现，都

For those (sentient beings), they naturally exist. Those who do not recognize them, after following the four winds that become life, not recognizing the blue light as the radiance of wisdom, mistakenly believe it to be the ignorance of animals; not recognizing the white light as the radiance of wisdom, mistakenly believe it to be the hatred of hell; not recognizing the yellow light as the radiance of wisdom, mistakenly believe it to be the pride of humans; not recognizing the red light as the radiance of wisdom, mistakenly believe it to be the greed of hungry ghosts; not recognizing the green light as the radiance of wisdom, mistakenly believe it to be the jealousy of Asuras; not recognizing the various lights as the radiance of wisdom, mistakenly believe it to be the anger of gods. Now, by practicing the Guru's instructions, the way to liberation is as follows: Recognizing the blue light as the radiance of wisdom, ignorance arises as the Dharmadhatu wisdom, and the signs of animals naturally subside; recognizing the white light as the radiance of wisdom, hatred arises as the Mirror-like wisdom, and the signs of hell naturally subside; recognizing the yellow light as the radiance of wisdom, pride arises as the Equality wisdom, and the signs of humans naturally subside; recognizing the red light as the radiance of wisdom, greed arises as the Discriminating wisdom, and the signs of hungry ghosts are naturally purified; recognizing the green light as the radiance of wisdom, jealousy arises as the All-Accomplishing wisdom, and the signs of Asuras are naturally purified; recognizing the various lights as the radiance of wisdom, anger arises as the Dharmadhatu wisdom, and the signs of gods are naturally purified. Now, the lamp of transference of the path is: From inside the heart chakra (Tibetan: ཙིཏྟ，梵文：citta，梵文罗马拟音：citta，汉语字面意思：heart), like the hole of a rough tube, one enters the channel inside the empty cavity of the throat, from the bottom of the skull's shell to the place of Tsangphuk. From that channel, neither air nor blood flows upwards. In that, like a coiled colored thread, a clear and transparent self-light of empty awareness wisdom moves. That is the appearance of wisdom. Now, the lamp of far-reaching water is: Just as the moon is located in the center of the sky, and light appears in the ocean, here, by introducing the wisdom of emptiness and secrecy, the Dharma nature abides in luminosity, and that is also like the lamp of the ocean's radiance, all luminosity appears in the eyes. Now, the lamp of the sky's radiance is: At the time of separation from matter and awareness, in the appearance of the Bardo, no matter what appearances of sound, light, and rays arise, all
