Abide in the state of. Whatever appears and changes in perception, abide in the state of emptiness, clarity, non-conceptuality, and Dharmakaya. However the unceasing self-display of awareness appears, there is nothing that is not a play of Dharmakaya. There is not even a moment to meditate. Whatever appears in perception, recognize it as Dharmakaya. Meditating on reality does not make it better, and not meditating does not make it worse. It is free from all extremes of good and bad. Similarly, it is free from all extremes of happiness and suffering, good and bad, high and low, joy and sorrow, cherishing and attachment, inside and outside, the eight worldly concerns, virtue and vice, guarding vows, and so on. This is awareness that is empty, clear, unattached, and self-liberated. When you realize reality, there is no need to accomplish Buddhahood, no need to abandon sentient beings, no need to accomplish virtue, and no need to abandon evil. This is the spontaneously present Dharmakaya of empty and clear awareness. When the channels are upright, the prana is upright. When the prana is upright, a good experience of bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality arises. When the arms are extended like the wings of a garuda, the four channels are erected like pillars. Keep the eyes fixed on the expanse of the sky like the eyes of an angry deity. From this, three kinds of experiential visions will arise: For those with the highest faculties, the assembly of the Father Tantra of the Kagyu lineage, the yidam, and the dakinis will be directly seen in the nature of reality.
