impermanent. Like the shadow of the setting sun, impermanent. Like dew on the grass, impermanent. Like a donkey rolling over, impermanent. Like resting on a bed, impermanent. Like winter frost, impermanent. Like dust on a fingernail, impermanent. For example, one's own parents are old and frail, relatives and friends, neighbors and villagers, are also impermanent. The body has no permanence, one does not know when one will die. Life has no extension, one does not know when one will die. Breath has no hold, one does not know when one will die. One can die simply because a vein as thick as a horse's tail is severed. One can die simply because of a wound as small as the eye of a needle. One can die simply because of a boil as small as a mustard seed. With each passing year, one draws closer to death; with each passing month, each passing day, each passing meal, one draws even closer to death. Some die in their mother's womb, some die shortly after birth, some die young, some die in their prime, some die old and frail. At that time, nothing but the sacred Dharma can help, so practice contemplating death and impermanence. This is just a brief summary, all the sutras and tantras explain it in detail, and teach one to truly contemplate death and impermanence. From the Great Perfection Mother Tantra, the Secret Path of the Dakinis, the oral instructions on the practice of death and impermanence, the seventh Dharma discourse. May it meet with a fortunate and destined one! Treasure seal, hidden seal, covered seal. Profound seal, Samaya (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,誓言), seal seal seal, Khatam (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,完成). These are the preliminaries. The yellowed paper brought from Zhongyang Zong Shelphuk by the kind mother Kunga Bum is also here. From the Great Perfection Mother Tantra, the Secret Path of the Dakinis, the introduction to the eight examples of the Dakini's symbolic guidance on impermanence and illusion. Namo guru deva ḍākinī (藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,顶礼 गुरु देव डाकिनी,Homage to the Guru, Deva, Dakini)! The guru who possesses the samaya, to the disciple who possesses the vessel, the Mother Tantra Secret Path, the Dakini's symbolic guidance is bestowed as follows. After arranging the tsok wheel, the guru introduces the eight examples of the impermanent illusion of outer appearances as follows: On a large plain where flowers have grown, when there is heavy rain, the flowers' branches and leaves flourish, as if reaching the sky. When there is drought, the flowers wither and die. This is an example of impermanent illusion, this

Saying, "Bring the meaning," the students were made to meditate. The Lama gave the introduction. First session. Also, on two places, white snow and black snow, snow fell evenly. The white snow melted, but the black snow did not melt. The snow piled up and became a snow mountain. At the foot of that snow mountain, there was a large lake. When the weather warmed and the sun became warm, the snow melted and fell into the lake. This is an example of impermanence and illusion. The students were made to meditate on its meaning, and the Lama gave the introduction. Second session. Also, from the ridge of two mountains in the east, the sun rises early in the morning, and the sky is clear without a single cloud, and the sun ages in the clear sky. There is also a case where the sun rises and is blocked by clouds, and it ages without seeing the sun. There is also a case where the sun is warm in the morning, but in the afternoon it is blocked by clouds, and the essence of the sun is not seen in the sky. There is also a case where it is blocked by clouds in the morning, and in the afternoon the clouds dissipate, and it ages in the clear sky. This is an example of impermanence and illusion. The students were made to meditate on its meaning, and the Lama gave the introduction. Third session. Also, at the foot of a high rocky mountain, there is a large lake. At the waist of the rock, there is honey from bees. A person uses a pile of grass as a footrest, eating honey and sitting there. On top of the rocky mountain, many people walk and sit. All those people let down a long rope and said to that person, "Grab this rope and come up." But he is attached to the honey and cannot even look up. Then, a white mouse comes from that side, pulling out blades of grass one by one. A black mouse comes from this side, pulling out blades of grass one by one. The sun also sets in the evening. The honey is also finished. The grass of the footrest is also used up. The body trembles and becomes emaciated. Thinking that it would be good if those people from before would come and pull him up now, he falls into the lake as if he were about to fall into it. This is an example of impermanence and illusion. The students were made to meditate on its meaning, and the Lama gave the introduction. Fourth session. Also, from the top of a steep rocky mountain, water flows down. The rock is not wetted. Below the rock, there is a large lake, and the water flows into the lake.
