It is like a bell. That is also the Chakravartin King, who has nine seals, in order not to cause harm to others, in order to accomplish perfect benefit. For the Dharmata Unborn King, there is the instruction of the nine seals. In order to conquer the enemy of afflictions, in order to accomplish perfect benefit for others. Without grasping, because it is one's own appearance, therefore it is the great bliss of the seal of Vairochana. 1) Without holding, because it is the nature of great bliss, therefore it is the seal of Akshobhya. 2) The union of the main practice is of one taste, therefore it is the seal of great bliss. 3) What is meditated upon, the meditator, and the one who meditates are of one taste, therefore it is the seal of non-duality. 4) The union of the main practice is of one taste, therefore it is the seal of great bliss. 5) Attachment, non-attachment, and the middle ground of attachment are equal, the seal of indivisibility of appearance and emptiness. 6) Virtue, non-virtue, and neutrality are of one taste in Dharmata, the seal. 7) Samsara and Nirvana are inseparable, in the state of luminosity, the seal of one taste. 8) Stability and movement, all of the container and its contents are the play of Heruka, the seal. 9) With the nine seals, all of the container and its contents, are sealed with the seal of indivisible bliss and emptiness. For whatever place, gathering the mind from all things, with what does one remain unmoving in oneself, does one remain with the form seen by the eye? Does one remain with the sound heard by the ear? Does one remain with the smell smelled by the nose? Does one remain with the taste tasted by the tongue? Does one remain with the touch touched by the body? Does one remain with the dharmas cognized by the mind? The knowing wisdom is free from conceptualization. The arising and ceasing of thoughts, is also experienced by self-awareness itself, therefore, freedom from thought is manifestly accomplished. Whatever meaning is free from thought, relying on the feeling of bliss, meditation becomes the path of a messenger. For whatever is initially without thought, it is said to be joy. Experiencing non-conceptual bliss, the second one, is said to be supreme joy. That is the bliss of the body, which arises from pleasing objects. The third one, free from thought, is commonly said to be co-emergent joy, which is the perfect bliss born of the mind. Knowing and meditating that this world and the other are equal, one does not need to seek the instruction of transference from elsewhere. Of the mind
