If it is the suppression of oath-breakers, then recite words such as, 'The harming enemy oath-breaker, the tomb oath-breaker, the corpse oath-breaker.' In general, it is sufficient to recite, 'The enemy, obstructing force, and oath-breaker held with hatred in the mind.' Together with the supporting deities and protectors, do not entrust our protectors, life, power, merit, and fortune to them. Draw them into this effigy right now! Recite this, or recite the summoning mantra of each deity.
