Herein are the Secret Essence and the Mantra Index. Place the Secret Essence in the south. The method of preparation is as follows: The ingredients are: roots, sweet flag, cardamom, lotus blood, female dog's fat, female goat's fat, wild bee's excrement, and dark brown sugar. Stalactite, white mustard seed, sparrow's brain, rooster's blood, and pigeon's heart. Menstruation blood from a woman with hair, soak repeatedly and dry in the shade. Ingredients from one's own five senses: roundworms, semen, feces, mucus, and earwax. Tears, saliva, navel dirt, soak in one's own urine and dry in the shade. Mix with one's own pubic hair and make many pills. If it is to control a man, one's own scent ingredients are not needed. For a woman, menstruation blood is indispensable, and the essence should be plentiful. Recite the mantra twenty-one times. Pour into a ghau box and practice for seven days. If placed in the palm of the hand, and there is heat, itching, agitation, and movement, and steam arises, then it is accomplished. This, if swallowed, is a sharp iron hook that attracts the mind. It is a supreme method to subdue without autonomy. In the preparation for attracting a man alone, place a complete torma in the west. Arrange a tsok and torma in the north. Dig a hole underneath and insert the male and female lingams for solitary attraction. The ingredients are the same as the base preparation. First, perform the common practice. The secret ingredients are: a small conch shell, tsampa heart, black-headed Maru (a plant), frog meat, and common frog meat. Sparrow's meat and five hairs, the lower part of a sheep, make into pills. Place in a clay or copper ghau box, making sure the steam does not escape, and keep it well. Again, emphasize the purpose and key points of practicing the essence. Practice on the day of the Gyal star, it will be accomplished in one day. Release the back or the path, and it will attract. There is definitely no doubt about this. This is the solitary attraction for a man. In the preparation for attracting a woman alone, make a dough effigy of a woman, four fingers long, with a vulva, complete with all organs. Place musk, long pepper, etc., in the vulva, tsampa heart, and the male ingredients of the secret essence. Then insert a copper needle of appropriate size and stir. If it is too strong, it will lead to death. By reciting the mantra, steam will arise. Then pull out the needle and do not touch it with your hand. With the right hand, draw out the hearts of the four castes with an iron hook. With the left hand, bind them from the neck with a rope. Repeatedly ignite the samadhi that generates joy.
