Write the essence of dependent origination and aspirational prayers; then smear it with various medicines and fragrant substances; consecrate it. Merge the father and mother deities; or with the cinnabar of the wisdom mother; or draw a chakra with gold, place the two chakras in the joint, wrap them with silk, and wear them around the neck. The Citta wheel is: made of a burning jewel with three eyes; the lower two wheels, the male and female wheels, are the same as above; in the upper eye, write the essence of the lama on a four-cornered jewel; write three letters in the center; write the essence of the lama and yidam in the four directions; during consecration, merge the lama, yidam, and dakini; smear with as much human blood as can be found; wrap it with a red horse and pig heart skin and five kinds of silk, and place it on the crown of the head or under the armpit, and the lama, yidam, and dakini will come like body and shadow. This is the profound instruction called the Citta Life Wheel; it is the instruction given to the lord father and son and TsoGyal; in the upper room of Samye Migyur Lhundrup Palace; hidden under the swastika-patterned golden scroll on the southwest pillar. May future fortunate speech sons meet! Samaya! Seal! Seal! Seal! Profound Seal! Treasure Seal! Hidden Seal! This wheel is written with a mixture of cinnabar and the menstrual blood of a pure woman; put it in a copper gau box, and recite: Harinisa (ཧ་རི་ནི་ས་，梵文天城体：हरिनिस，梵文罗马转写：harinisa，字面意思：哈日尼萨) Aveshaya Hring Hring Phet Phet!
