On the outer circle, write the Mule mantra. On the outer layer, write the male mantra on the four spokes. On the side notes of the spokes: I prostrate to the father of all existence, the sole Heruka! You are the master of desire, grant accomplishments to the practitioner! May all male lineages of existence be gathered under my control! Write this. On the outer layer, write eight Hri on the eight spokes. On the outer circle, write the mantra of Yem Yem. Color the male wheel yellow with Vam. Athi! Do it with yellow. Do a red lotus with vermilion. Write on the crown of Rupa, "May the blissful dakini become my master." Write on the throat, "The dakini of enjoyment." Write on the heart, "The dakini of dharma." Write on the navel, "The dakini of manifestation." Write on the genitals, "May the dakini of desire become my master." This is the chakra. Then the fourth thing to do is practice: There are four types of practice: common practice, male practice, female practice, and solitary practice. The first is: Instantly generate the Hevajra father and mother. From the father's four positions, generate four heroes from the four syllables Ra, Tsa, Hri, and Ya. From the mother's four positions, generate four classes of dakinis from the four syllables Ha, Ri, Ni, and Sa. Visualize all containers and contents as the palace and assembly of deities of the Hevajra father and mother. Recite this mantra: Oṃ hrīḥ ha ha hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā! Oṃ jaṃ bhi mo ha ra la svāhā! Then, in silence for three days, recite the mantra and practice. Then, apply this mantra to activities and practice for one day: Oṃ yeṃ yeṃ khaṃ khaṃ caga caga duṃ duṃ uma e dha thams cad kyi yid kyi rnam shes khyod kyis khug la khyer la shog duṃ nṛ svāhā! Again, practice this mantra for four days: Oṃ mu le mu le phed phed he d he d gum gum chuṃ chuṃ skye 'gro pho thams cad khug cig duṃ nṛ svāhā! After the practice is completed, draw a crescent moon on the forehead with the previous substances, and make a tilaka of sindhura between the eyebrows. Tie the red silk on the right side of the body, and tie the chakra around the neck. Then, everyone will love and gather around me. This is the method of common practice. May this wish-fulfilling jewel of common practice meet with a worthy person! Aṭhi! Homage to the dakini! If you do a solitary male practice, instantly generate yourself as Vajravarahi, surrounded by four dakinis. Take the excrement and gorochana of a sixteen-year-old or eight-year-old boy, borrow a new or old kacha as desired, and cover it on the male and female mandalas, with one female mandala facing outwards. Practice for three days, and practice the Mūle mantra for four days, totaling eight days. Wear the wheel and apply the tilaka of substances as before. Go to the previous boy, visualize the boy as one with Hevajra Hero, and say: You are one with Hevajra Hero, may all male lineages of existence become my masters.
