ī lī kī la ya hūṃ hūṃ. Reciting this many times, if you afflict the opposing side, then all the power of the other's mantra, such as binding oneself, will be cut off. Various subtle actions such as these will surely be accomplished by those who have completed the recitation and accomplishment of this deity. It is said in the tantras that by obtaining great power of the deity's mantra, one can accomplish the great siddhis. This Padma Yogini is the master of all accomplishments. She can obtain the divine eye and travel far. She can go to the realm of immortality and walk underground. She can accomplish invisibility and extract essence. She can summon servants and fly in the sky. By obtaining the power of the yogi's deity mantra, all these can be accomplished as desired. This is the method of accomplishing the eight siddhis. The method of obtaining the divine eye through the preparation of eye medicine is as follows: Take the root of the red creeper from the ground of a charnel ground, mix it with the fat of an owl, and make a lamp with the stem of a lotus tree, etc., and take the smoke.
