以一切努力，务必守护殊胜誓言，这样教诫，弟子也承诺不违越。献上酬谢，享用会供等，之后的仪轨都要如法进行。第四，未灌顶的过患是：没有从上师处接受随许和灌顶，就不能修持道。不努力修道，就没有获得成就的机会。未成熟而行持秘密，不但修持没有意义，还会产生诸多邪谬的过患。第五，接受随许和获得灌顶的利益是与此相反：堪能成为修持密咒的法器，智慧的加持成熟，证悟迅速生起，不费力气就能成就，一切修持都具有不颠倒的重大意义。萨玛雅！如此甚深之道，法身普贤王如来，四时平等，周遍广大之境，报身大自在嘿汝嘎，以同一意乐加持后，莲花饮血尊喜悦之声，于持明金刚法贤，赐予教敕，汇集为秘密续部，交付于事业自在空行母，她又将无量甚深秘密之大藏赐予莲花自性者。以前连风声都没有透露过，从受持忆念开始，这实修心髓之要诀，为了化身君臣百姓，以及未来具缘之士，开解甚深之广，封闭秘密之印。因此精勤修持，以此聚集四边的妙善，以此摧伏外道傲慢，以此增长器情财富，即使只是仪轨所在的方位，人与非人眷属，也能如愿成就事业，如法修持更不用说了。因此具器之种姓子，受用殊胜共同成就之吉祥，为了仪轨传承未来所化，书写为甚深广大心要之方式。一份埋藏在拉堆（Ngari Latö，阿里拉托地区）方向，由领主父子化身发掘，一份埋藏在门隅（Mön，不丹）方向，与降魔者转世相遇，一份埋藏在绒地（Rong，荣地）红色岩石，形如半月的洞穴之门，冬天也开花的，不变自在之所，与大译师的转世相遇，并保守秘密。

With all effort, be sure to keep the supreme samaya, thus instructing, and the disciple also promises not to transgress. Offer gratitude and enjoy the tsok feast, etc., and the subsequent rituals should be performed properly. Fourth, the fault of not being empowered is: if one has not received permission and empowerment from the lama, one cannot practice the path. If one does not strive on the path, there is no opportunity to attain siddhi. If one practices the secret without being mature, not only is the practice meaningless, but many faults of perversion will arise. Fifth, the benefit of receiving permission and empowerment is the opposite of this: one is fit to be a vessel for practicing secret mantra, the blessing of wisdom matures, realization arises quickly, siddhi is accomplished without difficulty, and all practices are endowed with great meaning that is not inverted. Samaya! Such a profound path, Dharmakaya Kuntuzangpo, the realm of equality in all four times, vast and pervasive, Sambhogakaya Great Powerful Heruka, after blessing with one intention, the joyful sound of Padma Blood-Drinker, to Rigdzin Dorje Chö Rab, bestowed the command, compiled into a secret tantra, entrusted to the Karma Powerful Dakini, who in turn bestowed the great treasury of limitless profound secrets to Padma Self-Nature. Previously, not even a whisper had been revealed, from the beginning of holding in mind, this pith instruction of the heart, for the sake of the incarnate king, ministers, and subjects, as well as future fortunate beings, unfolding the profound expanse, sealing the secret seal. Therefore, if one diligently practices, this will gather the goodness of the four sides, this will subdue the arrogance of opponents, this will increase the wealth of the vessel and essence, even in the direction where the model resides, human and non-human retinues, will accomplish activities as desired, not to mention if one practices properly. Therefore, son of a lineage with a vessel, enjoy the glory of supreme and common siddhis, for the sake of the model lineage and future disciples, written in the manner of profound and extensive essence. One is buried in the direction of Latö (Ngari Latö), discovered by the incarnate lord and his sons, one is buried in the direction of Mön (Bhutan), encountered by the incarnation of Dudjom, one is buried in the red rock of Rong (Rong), the door of the cave shaped like a crescent moon, where flowers bloom even in winter, the unchanging place of power, encountered by the reincarnation of the great translator, and kept secret.

修持此法故，自他利益皆能成，乃至末劫亦复现。 莲师我之加持力，法王臣民发心力，智慧聪颖具悲者，与心之子相遇后，愿能利益教与众。 如是说。萨玛雅！嘉嘉嘉！古雅阿提！ 莲师空行母明智力之口诀，摄伏三界之分别。

By practicing this, both self and other's benefit will be accomplished, and even at the end of time, it will reappear. By the blessing of Padma myself, and the power of the Dharma King and subjects' aspiration, may the wise, intelligent, and compassionate one, having met with the heart son, benefit the teachings and beings. Thus it was said. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! Guhya Ati! The contemplation on the secret instruction of Padma Dakini's wisdom power, which subdues the three realms.
